Ghostery is spyware. Their privacy policy allows them to track every website you visit and every search query you enter, track your fingerprint and IP, and put all that together
it literally sells your info to advertisers
As a tribute to your opinion I have put a question mark next to Ghostery name. Ghostery, whether it was true or not, indeed was accused of that back in 2017 but after that it was acquired by Cliqz. Now it seems works without any concern.

Matrix does not mean that adds must be used all together. Anyone may choose most suitable. CyDec alone is capable to replace almost all others addons.
If you just want to disable WebRTC altogether (which you should), then you can do that easily from about:config in Firefox. You don't need an extension for that. The extension just provides an easy way to toggle it on and off.
Thanks for the tip but I was aware of it. The option is for those who don't like handheld Firefox tuning or prefer to use Chromium based browsers.
