Hi
So new to mining pools and i have checked some out.
Currently mining @ f2pool with ETH.
And useing Claymore.
But dosen't seem like i am getting the full MH/s out of it.

I only bring in arround 0.009 ETH a day or so.
Today was 0.006 and total hashrate for 24 hour is 113 MH/s (some of them offline for some hours)

Any other solutions?
Going with some 1070 RTX 6gb
And some 2070 RTX 6GB too
But all cards seems to go with arround 25-27 MH/s

Soon i got all of them upgraded to 3080 TUF GPU's

So whats best to mine? What coin at which pool?

I'm biased but zpool.ca will welcome your rig. f2pool fee's are ridiculous you can do better anywhere really.

ZPOOL - the miners multipool! Support We pay 10 FLUX Parallel Assets (PA) directly to block rewards! Get paid more and faster. No PA fee's or waiting around for them, paid instantly on every block found!

I usually point my GPU miner at either NiceHash or Ethermine.org. Recently I stopped using NiceHash due to my miners stability while attached to their pool. The downside to Ethermine is that I accumulate Altcoins instead of Bitcoin.
