A couple of hours ago I noticed this thread had been created in the Games and Rounds section. (Unedited link)

As it look rather unprofessional, I contacted the site admin and he confirmed that the promotion advertised had nothing to do with them. Betnomi has already posted in the thread to confirm that they have not authorized said promotion, but this thread is meant to be the reference link for the type 1 flag; because impersonating or faking a casino operator in a promotion is, at least for me, is a high risk behaviour for anyone dealing with said account.

I am also aware that the account is a disposable one, but still. I have not created this thread before because I was away from home, and it's rather difficult to create such a thread on the phone. Also, I was not sure about this belonging to scam accusations or reputation, so if you feel like I should move it, please, kindly indicate so

I supported the flag and I saw that topic in gambling games and round.
I also suspect who is the guy who created that but I can't prove anything so I will not reveal anything.
Don't trust anyone before you verify with official betnomi manager.

It seems some confusion has arisen as jurainpola from the thread in question has modified its post and dropped the word Betnomi. It could also have happened unintentionally.
Although I do wonder why he uses the word Betnomi. Maybe Jurainpola can answer that question?

I was revising everything while I was having dinner and I've realized something.

That same user created a second thread (unedited link) an hour or so after creating the first one. It did also mention betnomi as the organizer, but was later on edited.

What I believe that has happened is that user jurainpola copy pasted the rules and prize pools from this topic (betnomis') and edited them to look like it was his. I think that the Betnomi inclusion was rather unintentional, and that bad timing played a big part in the confusion that may have been created.

Nevertheless, I still think that a type 1 flag is reasonable here, as I can think of no honest reason to copy paste the rules and prizes of another thread and try to make them your own. Besides, that's straight plagiarism....

Nice catch OP.
he edited his post after your scam accusation and remove all sentences related to Betnomi. It's enough to show his willingness to fraud. Here is no discussion about whether this flag is correct.
I support your flag and going to tag this scammer.

It's just another sign that this user is trying to use Betnomi names to probably scam and I think this is intentionally.

And now that he was caught, he suddenly edit and remove it? No doubt in my mind that he is trying to lure potential victims in this community. Supported the flag as well.

I noticed the similar links initially posted by the impersonator being spammed all over the forum by a random newbie account. All the links originate from this website
Code:
https://www.game.tv/tournaments
I am not sure what this person is trying to achieve from spamming the links in the forum. I did try to report the spamming sockpuppet account but mods are taking too long to delete the posts/nuke it.

I have reported over 20 posts that were all links. Most of them were in the spanish local board, which is rather surprising. You can simply report them and they'll get deleted eventually for spam.
