ICO, IEO, IDO, STO which best?

of all that I have more faith in IEOs. the reason is because the IEO can give us more security guarantees. In recent years initial coins have always been in trouble with the theft of personal data, they misuse investor data for their interests. and IEO can be a solution to this problem, because the personal data processed by the exchange is not held by the project team.

but despite all that IEO/ICO/IDO/STO nothing is good. this way of raising funds is prone to scams. so always be careful.

ICO and IEO are the best for me, it's just that right now only high quality projects have the nerve to use ICO to raise fund, many investors feels like every ICO projects are scam this days but it's different story from IEO side, they have someone to blame ( Top exchanges ) atleast, the top exchanges are the thing standing between investors and new projects

IEO is always the best for me because infinity I can be sure that they will not scam and will enter the exchange market in the future. In addition, IEO of top exchanges are always the best such as like binance, kucoin. So you should participate in all these IEO because the amount of risk is to low.

STO doesn't work so let's get rid of that from the list, I'm just starting to know more about IDO as I've never participate in any project that's using IDO to raise development funds, I'm much more into ICO and IEO and I can honestly say that IEO has the upper hand since launch of IEO, with binance exchange and other top exchanges IEO will be around for a very long time

Between all of those, I would choose IEO but not from any exchange, Usually , IEOs that come from binance , kucoin , bitmax are good and some of these scam exchanges couldn't be trusted about that .

In my opinion, it all depends on the quality of the project, if the project has potential it will indirectly attract many investors
IEO that are carried out in the top markets of course already have the potential so they are always successful in conducting IEO.

It is close between IEO and ICO. I think IEO wins it. IEO offers alot f win-win for both the team and the investors, the team do not need to waste their time doing KYC, which is sometimes costly and the investors are guaranteed their tokens will be listed on exchanges. Most of the IEO on big exchanges have done well for the investors but those on all these useless exchanges are almost dead.

I think that cryptocurrency companies that want to sell their tokens should use IEOs, because with the help of the most top cryptocurrency exchanges, you can always achieve at least softcap, and even in many cases cryptocurrency companies that conducted IEOs on the top cryptocurrency exchanges reached hardcap, so it's obvious that IEO is the best option for selling tokens.

Certainly IEO. Though usually a good IEO will definitely takes some luck and tremendous effort to get into. But, doesn't necessarily mean the other aren't as good it's all just depends on the project actually and IEO from popular platform usually turns out to be success because they got there from the fact that they are the one selected or judged as best among many by the exchange that host the IEO.

ICOs, IDOs, IEOs or STOs are indeed a great way to raise funds, if you ask who is the best, for now are IEOs and IDOs,
because currently decentralized exchanges are experiencing a positive trend and centralized exchanges are the same,

Agreed, Just we need to participate in the good exchange IEO.  Small exchanges list scam coins and create fake volume. There are 3 reasons for me to choose a good exchange IEO.

1. Exchanges are research about project and verify the project.
2. Team are very alert about marketing and development.
3. We are getting a platform to trade our coins.

ICO and IEO available on utility tokens/coins. STO not available in utility token. STO is available in security token. IEO and STO probably same. Just deferent name for deferent type.

I do agree with it. Those were using the same mechanism but some projects have tried a new brand like IDO, STO, TGE and various things that have the same purpose like ICO and IEO.
That means if there were no differences but only the name that being used by them to avoid the regulation although ICO and IEO are still become the best way to do a crowdsale rather than claim to be a security token and uses STO to comply with the regulation.

your panning to create your own project ? i agree with you that ieo are the best among the rest on the list because there are so many anomalies on the ico's on the past and they invent ieo in the hopes of cutting the scam and it did work out great but i dont know why ieo are getting silent , it started right after the competitor defi came but defi are still now taking the lead .

anyway you didnt add defi and yeild farming on your list ? i never heard of ido on but it looks great because its definition says dex or decentralized .

None of the above, all of those are nothing more but a form to get funding for the project and do not tell me anything about if the project is good or not, the best coin in the market which is bitcoin did not went through any of those processes and satoshi just created bitcoin and anyone interested was able to participate by mining bitcoin back in the day, which is by the way still the best system available.

But what is the problem with that system for all of those so called developers and scammers? That it does not bring them any money and that is precisely what they want so almost no coin takes that route when we know it is the best one available.

A legit (regulated) STO should be better than any of these fundraising mechanisms (on paper). However, in the crypto space, you want to dump the token asap to get Bitcoin or any other valuable token, so IEO should be suitable for that purpose.

Depends on the legitimacy and the intentions of the team and project rather than what name you provide.
STO should be the most safe of them if they were really regulated and audited by third independent party.
But in reality, IEO from popular exchange has better return of investment than any of others. IDO are still the coins that fails to get an IEO.

it looks like IEO is the first choice because it is safe, and fast to list on the exchange. DEX is also bridging a project that takes an ICO to trade as soon as possible after completion. Personally, I choose IEO.

yep, IEO become the best crowdfunding methode for now, and we don't have to wait for long to trade our coins
because few days sometimes few weeks after IEO ended, usually the trading activity will be started

I will choose IEO, because this is the part where most of the project will not go through. After IEO they will run the money and will not go to an exchange, if they will go for an IEO it is more good, since there will be a kind of bond that we may be assure after IEO we can trade our tokens, so I rather buy in IEO, if they both have it, yes it will differ in starting price but what matter most is after the sale.
