Read in several articles that new SWAP projects basically exceeding technical possibilities of Uniswap protocols. Does anybody know how do they do it (especially if you have an example on a real project)? Thanks in advance!!

As much as I understand, SpaceSwap, for example, enables cross-platform token transition. In other words users can move their liquidity tokens from one pool to another easily
