I have used Bitcoin to get Fiat but I have also hold it to save money. I live in a country with high inflation where I must check out the price of the dollar every day in the hope that the merchant does not increase food prices too much.
I agree with what Michael Saylor CEO of MicroStrategy says:

Quote
Politicians destroyed the Savings Account. The Bank of #Bitcoin is bringing it back.

There are many countries where bitcoin is not accepted legally, so how do you use bitcoin in that country? Usually if you raise the level of bitcoin use in that country then you may get into legal trouble.
So how do you use your earned bitcoin in that country.
As a beginner, I have to research about the cryptocurrency and learn about bitcoin. There many circumstances in learning about bitcoin because theres many scammer. In the future I will try trading and investing on bitcoin.
What are you saying here?OP is asking about how you spend your bitcoin and you are just telling your story lol.
i don't know if you really did read the OP or just the title yet same thing that you don't give a specific answer.

In my part if ever that my country prohibit us from using cryptocurrencies?then surely i will just hold all my gained here since i am joining signature campaign most of the time so i can freely earn this coins without investing my own money in case there is a banning happens. But for now as our government has no stand like this?then i will continue investing my money inside.

I am living in a country where the Governments are so hesitant to legalized bitcoins. But, despite the negative thoughts from the Governments, it   didn't stop me from using bitcoins. Well, I seldom uses bitcoin as a method of payment because of some reasons. What I did is traded it in a certain exchanges and converted it to fiat/physical money that I could use in my daily spending. Its a big help and more useful that way.

I will avoid using bitcoin in that country as long as I can to avoid legal trouble. Before I go to that country, I will convert all of my bitcoin to fiat currency in the country that accepts bitcoin legally. If I have bitcoin again, I will not use it in that country, but if it's badly needed for an emergency. I might sell it to one of my friends in another country.

That's the best thing to do, why compromised your assets if you can convert it before going to that particular place.

For now there are still many countries that still preventing the existence of this system/currency, as they are not fully aware on how to use and be help using this chain. There are needs of educating them that bitcoin can co-exist with their current fiat and all those digital currencies that they are accepting within their jurisdictions.
Lack of education is one of the obstacles why mass adoption are still not occuring, in my country bitcoin is legal to use and our government already implemented law and regulations about it in order to protect the citizens from a lot of scammers. Before I keep spending my bitcoins like paying bills or buying load for me to have data connection but now my mindset became different especially when the price become expensive. Even though there are now a lot of stores and merchants that are accepting bitcoin as payment, I prefer to save it because there is deflation that is happening where the price becomes more expensive in these past years.

The normal way, I guess?

I do some trades and after selling I send them in my wallet although Bitcoin is legal in our country, we can just use it through the use of our local exchange coins.ph or others mobile wallets. Some are actually curious where are we getting our Bitcoins or why are getting money in remittances through that mobile wallets, usually, I just tell them that I have limited options and coins is the best one so far.

In my country there are not many businesses that accept bitcoin directly which I hope will improve. I like to spend Bitcoin for everyday needs also, besides I hold certain amount, so Bitcoin debit card was a solution for me to be able to freely spend the Bitcoin. I believe that Bitcoin should have its purpose in real life, not just to sit idle in some wallet.
Also, I spend some small amount of Bitcoin for gambling.

I also use it for trading only, I do not spend it like for example in shopping or buying any goods or services like what I did before. I like the idea of being decentralized especially before where I keep using it but my mindset change and that's where I learn trading. In terms of trading, I use bitcoin as capital in order for me to make profit but I do not suggest other to enter in trading of cryptocurrencies just because a lot of people like me are making money here. I only put the bitcoins that I can afford to lose which means that if I lose it, I'll be fine and there will be no psychological effect to it. There is no sure profit in trading and as a trader I understand the risks and it is really a game of probabilities. There are some who are using it for convenience who really see bitcoin as currency and not an investment.

This is very easy and very simple, many exchanges that accept Bitcoin to USD exchange, and now the presence of Paypal is a solution to your problem. You can exchange bitcoins freely and without any legal problems with using PayPal.

Is there someone like me who use bitcoin at online shopping? I use it because I like the idea of convenient because I can shop anywhere I go but I only make sure that I'll spend small amount of bitcoin. My maximum purchase is ranging at 0.002 btc - 0.004 btc. That is my limit and I will ignore the things that surpasses my limit. I also use some of my btc as a fund in many online casinos, I'm not addicted to it I just playing because it is one of my hobby I think but I still have control on myself where I have limitation whenever I play casino games.

In my country, there are only a few coffee shops which accept direct payment in Bitcoin. The problem is that I am not a frequent visitor of coffee shops. What I normally do is to get fiat cash in exchange for Bitcoins, using Localbitcoins. Sometimes I get gift cards (Amazon, Starbucks.etc) and use them for shopping. Right now, I don't want to complain much. Although the shops are not accepting direct payments, I am able to make payment using gift cards.

Earlier there was the option of getting prepaid debit cards, that can be loaded with Bitcoin. But with increased regulations, now it is impossible to get such cards.

this is just for fun but if you have a problem in the real world and only solve it with cash, for example, school payments, or service your goods, then you need cash.

So that's why many exchanges emerged to exchange cryptocurrency to USD or another fiat money. You can use Paypal exchange, blockchain wallet, Huobi and etc.

I am sorry to say that my government still not accepting BTC and we just make trade, bounty and investment to gain profit. After gain profit we sell to our local market that make local currency otherwise we have nothing to do because its fully illegal and police will arrest us with money laundering law.

Bitcoin cant be used as a currency to pay for anything legally in my country, because until now the use of bitcoin as a mean of payment is still illegal by law. But fortunately we are still able to use bitcoin and other crypto to legally trade on various exchange that have received permission from the government. Adoption of bitcoin as a currency is still very difficult to achieve due to these regulation, so we can only use it as a tradable asset. Secretly, we can still use it as a mean of payment between user but this is still a prohibited action.

Using Bitcoin in a country in which it is illegal would be hard since it might get noticed in how you are cashing out that money. To use that money safely, it would be advised to use it in small amounts which would not draw attention like buying recharges for your phone or even using it as an electronic money that would be untraceable.

Due that the bitcoin is not legally accepted in most of the countries right now, people like us are currently exchanging our crypto like bitcoin into fiat first in order to use it for buying some products. We all know that there are some shops and stores that are accepting bitcoin but most of the stores are still into the fiat form of money so that we are using bitcoin to convert it first into fiat to be used as an reliable exchange to the stores.
I agree with you.  I do the same with you.  However, if there are large amounts of bitcoin transactions, we and the bitcoin community often make bitcoin transactions without using a bank.  it's very easy and very simple.

I think you don't have any choice, you just have one option, just trade it on some decentralized exchanges or you may trade it with some people like what they called p2p trading but since it is illegal in your country, this method is risky. A country that goes neutral with Bitcoin has a lot of benefits like what we have in our country today. we can use it in so many ways there are lots of options and our local exchanges are user friendly too.
