Hello everyone!

We have created this other topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5287459) where we give you more freedom to respond. Thank you

My partner and I are creating a platform that allows merchants to accept cryptocurrencies easily and accept the currency of their choice, whether it is Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dollars or Euros.

We are currently in a business incubator and the next step we have to do is validate our business model, for this we need to get feedback from cryptocurrency users or not, that is why we have created https://forms.gle/cvpA1rGFgs2Stcgb7 (less 3 min).

We have seen that you prefer not to put any type of personal data, so we have turned these questions into optional, even so we want to tell you that any data that you put will be of purely analytical use and we will not send any email without your authorization.

More about the platform:
A few years ago we began to like the topic of cryptocurrencies a lot and we were learning about this, we realized that cryptocurrencies are not being used for all the things with which it can be used and currently its greatest use is to hold or exchange.

That is why we want to create Wolfchain a platform that allows you to buy cryptocurrencies in a very simple way. We want each user to pay with the cryptocurrency they want and the store can receive their chosen currency regardless of the currency with which they are paid, in this way it will not only be possible to pay in crypto enthusiast stores but in any store.

At the same time we also want to have a place to store your cryptocurrencies and exchange them through a DEX in a simple way and with low or no commissions. However, we will create the payment gateway in such a way that if you prefer to use your own wallet you can still pay.

To obtain a greater degree of transparency and security we want to create the platform through smart contracts, we are still deciding on which Blockchain, since Ethereum for example has a very expensive price per transaction and we are looking for the possibility of making micropayments with cryptocurrencies.

About us:
We are Christian and Jordi, two young entrepreneurs eager to bring cryptocurrencies to the whole world.
We live in the Balearic Islands, Spain and as I mentioned above we are in a business incubator (emprenbit.org) financed by the Government of the Balearic Islands and the European Commission.
We are also participating in an entrepreneur tournament administered by the Government of the Balearic Islands in which we are receiving guidance and help in forming our company.
If you want to know more about us, you can do so on our website: https://wolfchain.es/

If you prefer to ask or give your feedback through here and not in the form, we will be happy to listen to you and answer you.
Thank you all.

Hi!
We are currently creating a platform to allow crypto users to pay in merchants in a simple way and allowing the merchant to receive the local currency. If you like the idea, you can help us by filling out [this form](https://forms.gle/idxbuF7eR9zXP8an9) (3 min).
Thank you all.

I guess you do it wrong buddy. you are asking for help , but in the form I visit you are actually collecting our email using the Google sheet we need to filled with our email .

if you really want to us to help drop your question in your thread directly so we can give our suggestions. no need to ask for our email you are the one who needs help not us why we need to filled that form?

Google form allows you to obtain the email in a simpler way than with an input text, if you do not agree to receive news from us, we will not save your email.

If you still don't agree you can put a fake email like "noemail@mail.com".

In any case, to validate a business model it is necessary for the user to contribute something that really shows interest, to get investors to be able to say that 2000 people have left their opinion and their email to know more is much better than saying 10,000 opinions.

Thanks for the reply.

wow this kind of activity also raises big questions for me. practice what you are actually running.

If you really have good intentions, why don't you explain in advance about the platform. Instead of asking someone to fill out a form, there is something that is said to be quite vulnerable.
this will actually make your platform deserted, except for those who are easy to trust without considering the future impact.

I concur that the questionnaire asks a couple of questions that are personal, and that these will likely deter people from answering the questions on the whole (not that surveys placed here often get many answers either).

People that respond from Bitcointalk are not going to be aware of your start-up project and the context, for the most ,should therefore be that of an anonymous person. Normally, one will not submit their name and email, lest they want to be contacted, and know under what terms. Of course, one can submit bogus data, but even so.

The questions I figure you’ve thought them through well, but asking people why they don’t use crypto, for those that have reached the survey through Bitcointalk is a bit weird. You also ask about crypto investment amounts, but the question should be pegged to a given timeframe (i.e. per month or per year, and even so, that is variable).

Ok, I understand.
We have added more about our project and we have put all personal questions in optional.
In Spanish we had a timeframe but for some reason we didn't put it in English. Thank you very much for your comment and help.

People here will not agree to fill a Google form, seems like you're still new around here, everyone is concerned about their privacy. No one is going to be giving away their email to answer your question. So, it would be best for you that you drop all those questions here in the forum and also set up a poll if you want, and people will answer every question in the comment section.

And as for the idea you have, it's a good one, and if you think you can be able to push the idea, then why not go ahead with it? Although I think you're going to be seeing a lot of competition. You want to offer services to merchants to be accepting cryptocurrency, and right now PayPal is doing the same, so you might have to give it a thought and know if you're able to put up with this.

In his last reply, he confirmed that he set those personal questions as optional, but still not an appropriate way to ask for opinions directly from the community. I would suggest him to move the topic to Project Developement board where more users may be interested in this kind of projects .

And as for the idea you have, it's a good one, and if you think you can be able to push the idea, then why not go ahead with it? Although I think you're going to be seeing a lot of competition. This is far imo to be compared with PayPal. If he can really assume more privacy he may succeed but this is also far to be real when talking about paiements to be made in FIAT .

Nice try to collect data from Bitcointalk users. You told in the OP that you need help. But where you ask for help on the Google forms? Name and logo seem something similar to Wolfbet, are you affiliated with each other? I can't see any related notes on the website.

Anyway, it would be a nice service if peoples are able to buy goods directly via your platform. But you need to explain more how everything is going to works.

I suggest you go a different route. Your presentation will be historical data and anecdotal, It will look better than a random survey conducted on forum. Which you should also point to, the various degrees of privacy individuals are comfortable with. Bounty participants wouldn't think twice about giving you all their personal data, but they would also skew your survey by only making up a small portion of crypto users.

I suggest you just post your survey here as a topic with a list of the questions you'd like answered - even make some of it a poll using the options if you want. Anyone interested will come here and post their answers and/or opinions without leaving more information than they'd like. Then you can search through the topics that have been created on the forum, showing you how and when people would like to use their crypto for purchases.

Good luck finding what you need, but I think you will be better served trying a different method.

I'm just trying to get opinions, we are working to put the questions here directly.

As for Wolfbet, we have nothing to do with it, we call ourselves wolfchain for a fusion between blockchain and wolf. I just usually put animal names to my ideas. On the other hand we are not and will not be a betting house. We will always be totally transparent towards the user and fully regulated since we are in a state incubator financed by the government of the Balearic Islands and the European Commission.

I understand that you want to maintain your privacy and I want to remember that currently we are only two entrepreneurs who want to create our company and you can obtain any type of data from us on our website https://www.wolfchain.es/en/about.

Thank you.

Filled in the questionnaire, curious about why your idea got funding when I can't quite see the USP compared to others. Agree with steammyne as well you need a more structured format... data needs to be useful and targeted. We have a problem now with data gathering in this industry where it's all random, samples are not thought out, you need to target your demographic, not build a demographic.

You've to add BTCPAY server in the list along with Bitpay... and I hope you guys work on a payment processor that is as good as BTCPay or even better (not shitty like Bitpay which unfortunately is what we mostly have to use).

P.S. Funny that most people would give away their data for less than this and then complain about a google form (I mean, don't we all just fill in nonsense data anyway except for the questions that matter?)

More about the platform:
A few years ago we began to like the topic of cryptocurrencies a lot and we were learning about this, we realized that cryptocurrencies are not being used for all the things with which it can be used and currently its greatest use is to hold or exchange.

this happens because of lack of regulation and high volatility. I will give an example of my case, in my country I can only buy cell phone refill directly with bitcoin using the bitrefill.com service which have now added other options such as a card that allows you to pay for things like Netflix, buy things on amazon and other things. and I haven't tried this virtual card yet. but the case is as i said, real world traders from countries like me don't even know about the existence of bitcoin and the lack of ragulation is the biggest problem. Plastic bitcoin cards are only available in Europe, USA and some Asian countries and people like me, there is no way to have a bitcoin plastic card and even those bitcoin plastic cards have to be converted into fiat to buy things in the real world. ATM Bitcoins are being removed in some countries because of a lack of regulation and it has scary fees. to buy bitcoin using exchanges you have to go through KYC and pay high fees

That is why we want to create Wolfchain a platform that allows you to buy cryptocurrencies in a very simple way. We want each user to pay with the cryptocurrency they want and the store can receive their chosen currency regardless of the currency with which they are paid, in this way it will not only be possible to pay in crypto enthusiast stores but in any store.

how do you intend to overcome the regulatory barrier and expand your services to places where competition does not reach?

At the same time we also want to have a place to store your cryptocurrencies and exchange them through a DEX in a simple way and with low or no commissions. However, we will create the payment gateway in such a way that if you prefer to use your own wallet you can still pay.

these DEX are being a total failure, do you want to create something like Bitpay?

We want to use smart contracts to create our platform, which would make it possible for anyone to use it.
Currently the legislation in my country (Spain) only obliges us to do the KYC / AML process to users to whom we offer Crypto / Fiat exchange or guard their wallets.
Getting to have plastic cards is something quite complex, alliances with visa, mastercard, etc. Personally I would like to get plastic cards but it is not our main objective.
