Reading the page on Wikipedia dedicated to Bitcoin foundation I've suddenly discovered that Bitcoin Foundation has been "dissolved on Jun 1 2015".

It came as shock to me, to be honest.

Is it true?

If it's true
- who are the people behind the site https://bitcoinfoundation.org/?
- has any organization or group of individuals replaced the former Bitcoin Foundation?
