KUCOIN still locked ARX Tokens?

I have a number of ARX coins and ARX coins already listed on top exchanges like KUCOIN ..
but why can't it be traded there?

is there something wrong? Is this reason caused by hacking at that time or why?

Try to ask about your problem in their announcement thread one of the representative or the owner will answered you quickly once you  do it ,no need to make a thread .

Here is the link to their Ann [ANN] [EXCHANGE] KuCoin Exchange they are the only person who can answer that directly or you can find answer in the thread already if they have maintenance etc


Or if possible contact support of the exchange.

I think this problem is exchange related. I checked it and see there is a popup notification about wallet upgrade. Sometimes they terminate Deposit/Withdraw for upgrade. It's normal. But i don't know from how many days it's ongoing! You can talk to the live support. They may answer all your questions.

I got ARX token to, if that so then I guess I'll have to wait till the exchange is going to be full operational cause I don't wanna loss the token I have work for months for nothing. I think it will take more days and I don't see any recent updates regarding the issue in their telegram. It's been weeks now, I hope they upgrade their security system so they cannot be penetrated next time to protect assets fro getting stolen

You should follow all of their social media.

After the security breach hacked on "Kucoin Exchange" they closed all deposit, withdraw and disable trading but some of the coins already opened. ARX is also one of the coins got disable by kucoin during the hacked, try to follow all of their social media maybe joined their telegram will give you up to date information.

Kucoin announced that they've opened deposit and withdrawal for all coins but this ARX (ARCS) in particular can't be deposited to kucoin at the moment, due to wallet maintenance and not related to the hack. I also have some ARX and have been trying to deposit to kucoin but to no avail, hence we ought to be patient until it's sorted out then we can deposit/withdraw after wallet maintenance. Major reason why I will wait for Kucoin to finish wallet maintenance for ARX is because the other exchange where it's listed on (Probit) has very low trading volume and a  wide spread between BUY/SELL orders.

If this is the only wallet is under maintenance then Kucoin might gave an announcement about their resume because it is one of the best exchange which have better user experience compared to lot others.

There are some exchanges out the wallets under maintenance forever hope this will not be the case with Kucoin.

ARCS token rank is out of 3k number. I have some CBC tokens but withdraw is off from the Kucoin exchange. The CBC token price is good at Hitbtc exchange but I couldn't withdraw it. I messaged them several times but the update isn't available yet. Even some coins couldn't withdraw from this exchange, after being hacked we face this problem.

As far as i can see, Kucoin stopped all deposit and withdrawal operations after being hacked. But then they deposited and withdrawed the large currencies in the market, i still trade on it and no problem, i think next time Kucoin updates everything, it will be back to normal.
Please rest mind and don't have to worry about it !

It was getting traded on kucoin exchange site but as far as i know if the arx team intentionally sending their premined coin to dump it on kucoin. I don't know whether this is the true story or not. I will try to verify with the kucoin team about this too.

Remember about kucoin has resumed services for all of coins on kucoin. That doesn't make sense to see this coin (arx) is still getting blockchain by kucoin.
it looks like there's an internal problem between kucoin and arx team.

all we can do now is wait until the next notification from the team. Kucoin has closed ARX deposits since their security issue was hacked a while ago and until now hasn't opened a deposit for ARX yet.

yes, I also still hold the ARX token that was generated from the bounty project at that time. given that the Kucoin exchange was hacked at that time made it difficult for most traders or investors to sell their coins after the incident, especially with ARX token locking. if I'm not mistaken, the company is making improvements to the platform and ARX tokens cannot be traded yet. so for most ARX token owners have to wait until the repair is complete.

What do you mean by locked? Why not transfer them to trade account, sell, buy Litecoin as it has small withdrawal fee and you are free from ARX ?

This is caused by the hacking case and mostly coins were getting available for trade, WD or deposit only major currencies. There are a bunch of small coins in kucoin that were still getting locked.
Kucoin has stated the exchange site will make an official statement if there's a new about re-opening the trading, WD and deposit service for ARX. Just keep in touch with kucoin admin in telegram group.
