Have you received a call/text recently from a friend/fam asking about Bitcoin?

I only discuss bitcoin with my mom. She is quite interested in this asset. Although my mom is a little bit obsolete and she does not understand technologies well, bitcoin always get her attention. Mostly whenever she hear bitcoin on a newspaper, she will ask me what the current price is. And when I told her it had already $15000, she is shocked lol. I guess my mother love to make money by investing bitcoin but she never have a chance to do it. We are living in a place where purchasing bitcoin is a tough mission

My friends are a whole different story. They dont even care about bitcoin or anything related to the cryptocurrency. They are not fascinated with online investment and although many of them want to be rich, they does not willing to learn or obtain new perception from anyone. And I dont want to waste my time explaining them how profitable bitcoin is. They have to learn and ask by themselves

Sometimes I give information about bitcoin to some friends, but they don't really respond because of language and technology problems.

Some friends, but they don't really understand what bitcoin is, they thought bitcoin is a ponzi and they are asking me if what bitcoin I'm investing, me... are you serious? bitcoin is only one, there's no other bitcoin.

This time, I don't get more calls/texts about bitcoin or asking me about bitcoin from friends or family because it seems, they are busy to work or search for the new work in an offline job. But I manage to have a conversation in my WhatsApp group to discuss bitcoin, where the price will go to the end of this year. Still, that is only a discussion to pass the time while we are watching the bitcoin price moves. Maybe they will ask me about bitcoin once they see bitcoin price can increase step by step, and probably, they will ask if they are late or not to buy bitcoin.

Yes,ofcourse many text message messages  & call from my friend circle. Sometimes my family members tell me different types of news about cryptocurrencies. I advised also my known persons to invest in the crypto currency to get good earnings in future.

Was just kind of curious if many of you also tend to get random calls or texts every time bitcoin goes on one of it's runs from family/friends/acquaintances asking you about bitcoin/how it works etc.  I'm also curious if you're getting more calls/texts this time around, or about the same as other rallies?  I found bitcoin back in 2013/14 so many of my friends and family members know this and I always get calls/texts during times like these, often conversations from people I've not spoken to in some time. This conversation I think can provide a unique insight on where things might be heading..

If I was a Bitcoin newbie,I would never do this.I mean,I'm watching TV and I see that the Bitcoin price goes up,so I decide to call my best friend(who is familiar with BTC) and ask him should I buy Bitcoins.
This sounds pretty stupid and ignorant.Everyone should do his own research and decide on their own whether or not to buy Bitcoin.Asking friends and family about financial advise is the dumbest thing to do.

Since I started investing in Bitcoin I have influenced some friends to invest in Bitcoin too. I was receiving unexpected text and calls before. Today, I don't share about Bitcoin the same as before because only a few people will truly understand the concept, a lot of people  who asked me about crypto has a wrong perception about it as a mere tool to earn money.

If the topic such as Bitcoin presents itself I will speak my part and knowledge on its topic.  I might know more than most other people on topic of crypto.
It becomes tricky when people ask about financial advise since I am not in the position to give any advice for investing.
Doing your own research is what I tell them since I can not be at fault if people lose money.

It is actually strange that in 2017 I received a lot more calls than today: it's either my old friends already invested or they invested everything in some altcoins and lost everything. They hated me because I was only talking bitcoin, guess why    If somebody will start calling me againg I would rather avoid to reply

One is that instead of learning it, they will just ask Bitcoins to me so in short they will ask money for me instead of learning it themselves which is for me I don't like the most. Another one is that most of my family members aren't that literate in financial things and I don't have capability to teach them and last is they are not interested into investments and assets base on my experience.

Most of the people who know me have some kind of idea that I'm into cryptocurrencies. Some friends on social media to see me share about possible scams that could take your money. I receive messages regarding Crypto and asking me how to earn from it. I believe that it increased by a lot because many people are considering getting more income streams because of the situation we are all in right now. I'm not going to ignore their messages because I want to help.

I had the same conversation with my parents back then, they discouraged any financial endeavors I want to take. If they ever ask about bitcoin though, I will just tell them what I know and refer them to the resources that I have used to grow my knowledge about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general.

This time - no, but during the last bull run I got contacted by some of my friends and relatives, and I don't like it. It's not like they asked or implied that I for some reason should share my newfound wealth with them, but it still rubbed me the wrong way. If I could turn back time, I would have made it so that no one even knew that I'm involved in Bitcoin, so I won't have to deal with situations like this, and generally feel more safe, because words travel far, and who knows to whom my friends talked about my involvement in Bitcoin?

I was lucky because during the times when someone introduced bitcoin to me I became interested and took advantage of the opportunity that there were some people willing to teach and guide me. The same thing happens to me now because they see on social media in my posts about cryptocurrency so some friends or family members are now becoming interested in bitcoin and wanted to learn how does it work. And i'm also willing to help them as long as i can.

At first I didn't know anything about Bitcoin but later I found out about Bitcoin through a friend of mine. Actually, Way back before, the opposite happened to me, I am the one pushing Bitcoin to my friends and family but the only thing I could get is rejection. I tried harder but most of the time, they will just say that it is hard to understand and the traditional digital transaction is way better in which I couldn't contradict. They have their own business and I need to respect that. I just continue using bitcoin and found better opportunities with it. Now that I can contribute to our bills, slowly they are getting curious about bitcoin and asking a bit about it.

I am still always willing to teach so I gave them sites to read and learn especially to share our forum. But I think focusing on them with the mindset of earning money isn't really the right thing to push. We need to teach them to understand the value of bitcoin so real market adoption will take place where people will value what they hold, and eventually soon, bitcoin's volatility will somehow become better.

This conversation I think can provide a unique insight on where things might be heading..

• Don't accept Investment trust from people around you, you can get troubles.
• Why?
  
  • Those guys don't have any idea about bitcoin and bitcoin market.
  • They only want profits: being greed and don't afford losses. They dump their pressure on you with questions, profits, etc. Manage own funds always easier and have more fun than manage funds of the others.
  • It's bad to accept all risk and pressure when they are always greed and lazy

After their few questions and inquiries from you, this usually where things are heading into, and I totally agree with this point.
I've experienced this scenario, a friend of mine once asks me too use his money to invest in any cryptocurrency. I told him about the risk and that he'll need to learn the fundamental things about cryptocurrency to avoid the "trust issues" against me when things go south. Then he agreed, and learn from there. So, the next thing I told him that he can now invest to any crypto you like on your own.
That's once of the best decision that I made when somebody get to me ask about Bitcoin.

Some of my friends asked me about bitcoin, a lot of questions on how they can acquire btc. This was started when I just shared in my social media about bitcoin. When there’s a news on cryptocurrency they just curious on how I started to earn but, they usually good at first but not interested to learn more about it. It complicates them and can't easily understand this cryptocurrency.
