I don't think so. XSL team and devs has so much activities and events lined up for their project, maybe they are focusing more in other aspects of their project rather than accomodating some questions here in forum.

No way, they should have some times for handle some question, project development and event is indeed very useful to growth up the project, but how could a project ignore its supporters? Maybe not in this forum, but in the telegram group they should be reachable.

This project team is not only one person, but consists of several people with their respective duties, they have a community manager who is responsible for responding to any questions from the community. If they don't respond to every question here, then why are they making an announcement here.
