For Bitcoin (BTC)You could try checking
this thread created by the former forum member Lauda in the Beginners and Help section. I'd also advise you to check that board because there's many useful information for newbies there. From that list, any wallet will do, but the easiest to use is usually Electrum
For Ethereum or ERC20 tokens; MEW will do, you can check the above post from BitMaxz to see a guide on how to set it up.
Altough you said you didn't want to buy a hardware wallet, I'd suggest you do. They are not really expensive; and the security they provide is worth every penny.
Also, as a personal tip, I'd advise you to steer clear of any DeFi, ICO, IEO, whatever name the new HYPE scam trend has; because you will either loose time, money, or both
Thank you for your answer.
I don't use these simple phrases for brain wallet. I use complicated ones. I am afraid if I use a hardware wallet I may lose it.
Could you please answer my original question?
I want something like bitaddress.org to generate public key to send my ERC20 token to, then use a trustworthy wallet like Electrum to import the private key and send the ERC20 token to exchanges for sale.
Thank you.
