To receive a notification if the price went up or down by x% the last 24h

Is there an existing solution to the following:

What I have: My home is 95% automated and controlled by voice (and set up with low energy uses)
What I want: I'm looking for an idea to create an automation to receive a notification.

Let me give examples
If I have a water leak, the light in the kitchen lights up red. If I receive a letter in the mailbox, the light in the living room lights up green. If I forgot to close a window I receive an alert...
Or, if I say "Alexa what's the price of Bitcoin" I get the current price

Now what I'm looking for is:
If, for example, the Bitcoin' price increases (or decreases) by 5% the latest 24h, I get a notification.
I have no problem to set it up with my system, I just lack an idea to get the trigger

No matter if it is for example an existing service sending me an email, an existing Twitter account, Youtube channel, FB, an RSS, I can even accept a PM on Bitcointalk lol...

Yes i think blockfolio does this? I receive notifications of price updates either if a crypto price reaches a certain number in x hours, or if the price of the crypto changes by x percentage in y hours.

If you can't use Blockfolio there are other services such as https://coinwink.com/email-per. Not sure about the reliability though but probably worth a try since it's free (at least for 5 e-mail alerts).

Yeah, this the thing I'm looking for, however, using Android's notification is too annoying. I could use it but if I do something like:
If Android notification => Then turn on the light and makes it flashes in red

With all notifications from other apps, I'm afraid my home will look like a nightclub

Inaddition to all the price alert mentioned cause cryptocurrencyalertin somehow required big procedure. I will advise to use https://coinalert.me/alerts/ which require just your telegram but if the use of email or phone doesnt bother you, i will advise to use coindera.com which you can set SMS alert, telegram, email alerts.

We are building an automation system that would allow things like this. To which we will soon add the ability to invoke HTTP requests based on custom triggers, which you can use to trigger whatever (including, say, a Hubitat Elevation Maker API that flashes your lights).
