What happened: YLD Defi plagiarized website content  from Singularity.NET. Since they were unable to use their own words to explain some basic features of their own project, you can't expect anything else from these scammers other than so called "rug pull". Like plagiarism wasn't enough, they also started shilling Ann with some old account (previously taggers for promoting some old scam) that suddenly woke up after three years break, pretending to be interested.

All in all, stay away from this if you don't want to loose money.

These are some of the features of YLD Defi. Problem here is that it has been copied from another website.

And this is the original from https://singularitynet.io/

Conveniently, their team is completely anonymous.Pretty much standard case for DeFI, but it kinda makes sense not to reveal your identity when you plan to scam people, especially considering the fact that those investing in such projects don't even ask that anymore. Team, whitepaper; who bothers with that anymore, only thing important is 1000% APY and similar ridiculous and unrealistic promises.

One of the good and bad things about the next yield farming projects is the team's ideal of remaining anonymous. While the concept of yield farming is not new, previously it was called just passive income through staking and so on, the basis is same.

Moreover since the projects chose to remain anon, it protect them from any sort of legal or physical trouble. It becomes very risky to invest in these projects in general if ICOs were not worse.

Anyway it also leads to these scammers making up new projects with fake images and copied whitepapers.

Very good catch @Rikafip. It's crazy how these new DeFi scams pop up almost every day. I left another negative feedback and supported your flag. One thing I noticed additionally is the "fake discussion" with another shill-account in their ANN-thread. It's quite obvious that they used a second account to shill the information about their upcoming presale. Please see the quotes for reference:

Very interesting project. When can we buy YLD tokens?

Please fill out and submit this presale form on YLD website and our representative will get back to you soon with farther instructions: https://removed

Great! signed up. Excited to be a part. When is the launch date and when will I receive my tokens?

You should get your coins on November 26th 2020 onwards.

What do you think, doesn't that second account also deserve a negative tag for shilling an obvious DeFi scam?

One of the good and bad things about the next yield farming projects is the team's ideal of remaining anonymous.
Worst thing about is that investors don't mind that at all, and they trading and investing in shitcoin projects that can't even reveal team identity, and some of them don't even bother producing whitepaper. One would thing that all this altcoin scene will look better than in 2017, but things even regressed and projects are worse than ever. I mean, back them shitcoins even had team behind it and some paper, now they don't even bother with that. Crazy times.

One thing I noticed additionally is the "fake discussion" with another shill-account in their ANN-thread. It's quite obvious that they used a second account to shill the information about their upcoming presale. Please see the quotes for reference:
Yeah I noticed that too, that's why I mentioned in the first post that they immediately started shilling their ANN thread and faking the interest with that sock puppet account that is either controlled by OP someone from this scammy team of people behind this. I didn't bother tagging him as he already has 4 different tags related for previous scams so it is obvious to everyone what's going on there. As someone said, scammers are pretty stupid sometimes.

Anyway, one more scam to be added on your list.

Well I have had talks with other managers too when I was mocked at by the telegram accounts running the project for asking details of the team in many cases. It's very unprofessional for them to ask me a counter question like "do you know who is satoshi?" by the team members.

I accept that they wish to remain anon, but if they do they are not getting money from users like me who always do their due diligence.

Its my suggestion though to steer away from any DeFi investments now. Bitcoin is the way to go.

That is probably the worst possible argument for staying anonymous, and often used by scammers. They conveniently keep forgetting that Satoshi didn't organize any ICO asking people for money, he didn't shill Bitcoin on social media, promising some huge returns like they all do, he naturally mentioned references he used for his whitepaper etc. It is simply ridicolous to compare yourself to Satoshi when you are running just another shitcoin project.

I accept that they wish to remain anon, but if they do they are not getting money from users like me who always do their due diligence.
Totally agree. You want to stay anonymous?Ok, then invest your own money to finish the project and don't ask me for mine and we are all good.

That's my suggestion too. Maybe in the future DeFi will live up to its potential but in current situation this is just way too risky to even call it investment. It's like spending money in Casino on roulette you call "an investment". BTC went up 100% since beginning of this year. If that's not enough for someone and he wants 1000% apy then he doesn't know much about economy and real world returns.

Excuse me for bumping this thread (i know last reply was created on 2020). But that user (@9TONNN) come back and perform SEO spam for another shady project on some boards. It looks like he still hoping Copper Member status makes his SEO spam looks more credible. In addition, both project he mentioned (in 2020 and 2024) use term AI as buzzword.

Looks like he woke up to look for someone to scam now there is a promising bull market

I also noticed he made several posts about his G64 Group which he claims is an OTC exchange, like he did in this thread. Anybody who trusts that user even after seeing those tags and a flag and end up getting scammed should really blame himself as well.
