good news still has a big impact on the price, look at the recent price increase that bitcoin had as a great example, as soon as people found out about paypal accepting bitcoin the bitcoin price is rising and is having great support above $15000 this shows that people are buying a lot of bitcoin over $15,000 and are only doing it because of the paypal news. with altcoin the scenario is the same, when ETH 2.0 started to take important steps the price of ETH also started to increase a lot, there are hundreds of altcoins that only increase in price because of some good news
