Many of YouTubers also promote these Websites, they Shows That we all can get free many tokens.

Tokens that have no value, will never be listed on any exchange, there is no point in handing wallets to hackers to get those tokens.  So there will be a request to everyone, before getting into all those problems, before taking a free token on any web site, think ten times and take a good look and connect your wallet

Many of YouTubers also promote these Websites, they Shows That we all can get free many tokens.
Scammers either create or hack YouTube channels to scam people, mostly through giveaway scam, thing is, no matter the platform, always verify whatever information relating to cryptocurrecy, you cannot afford to trust any user, channel or even a verified account, we all saw how verified accounts of prominent individuals was hacked earlier this year, that goes a long way to warn crypto users to "never trust, but always to verify first".
Tokens that have no value, will never be listed on any exchange,
There are some scam/shady exchanges that would list such tokens.

There are two things that you must do when you are investing in Cryptocurrency and that is how to traced fake wallets and projects, and two how to safeguard your passphrase and private keys, these two are very essential and basic, hackers are good in imitation and making people believe what they saw, so have a discerning eyes and you are good to go.

what people should do is to always check the link they are accessing, and if it's a new website that is offering an airdrop or something, they need to know the things they shouldn't share with them like the private key or connecting their wallets.

Sending bonus Ethereum coins; that's one of the lines they use in attracting users then scam them, this is because they know there are people who are always moved by all these bonuses, giveaways and so on, hence they always make it more attractive to lure them in while blinding them from seeing the truth. It is good you brought it here to advice everyone, because the truth is, MEW and Uniswap are one of the prominent in this crypto space, which means many people uses it often and on, hence every probability of finding someone who will fall into their trap.
Lastly, the best way to be free from all this scams and hacks is by making sure we overlook all this giveaways and its likes, while also making sure we visit those platform through the appropriate link and bookmarking as well.

what people should do is to always check the link they are accessing, and if it's a new website that is offering an airdrop or something, they need to know the things they shouldn't share with them like the private key or connecting their wallets.
Thats right always checked the url of the site, many have been victim by phishing because  all they know is they are on the right website but what they dont know is they are already a victim. Always check the url before logging in on your wallets.

These phishing sites are common and do still exist as of today as long those platforms do exist which do involves lots of money ex. exchange and wallets which are common target of these
scammers or fraudsters.

People should really be careful on clicking up links and always verify and also try to differentiate that if someone do ask out something like keys or phrases then its already a big red
flag that you arent dealing with the right one.

No platform will ask out for your keys or making it as a log-in unless if you do need to input just like in MEW on accessing your wallet.

I have fell for the fake MEW before during the time I was hot performing airdrops, all bounty hunters were asked to sign a message using their private key which obviously I did, at that point in time, I knew I have submitted my private key to scammers. Everything on legit MEW displayed on the fake one with a slight change in the site name which looks like this, myethéwallet.com.
I will advised all to crosscheck the site link before accessing MEW.

It's very common attempts nowadays, beware of every activities that connection with money. Uniswap has had ridiculous jumps in the last 7 days, looks very strong. Bullish news out there so it's strong move if you become more careful before getting into the trap.

I think MEW website can be use in phishing, thats why every users of mew need to check the url.. But in uniswap i use trust wallet to trade my tokens,  it is more secure if you use trust wallet browser.

Yes you are right for useing uniswap best trust wallet with metamask. Basically i use trust wallet for holding some old coin so i don't believe to risk for connect in others exchange so best consider metamask. Anyway there are many fake giveaway still processing with tag by uniswap so be careful.

Scamming will increase as bitcoin keeps on pushing forward, expect hacking, phishing and other sorts that will lead hackers to steal your funds. Everyone should be aware of this by now.

Double-check the links before accessing. Especially not participating in attractive bonus programs, all are scams to get private keys.

The fake app is now listed on the Google Play Store.
https://cryptonews.net/en/news/security/416238/
One of the users lost $20,000

https://twitter.com/AlexSaundersAU/status/1329561975471259649

It is not clear why Google Play hosts such applications, because this is far from the first application that steals cryptocurrency from users.

Am still worried with some complains on UNISWAP, Fake custom addresses, high transaction fee and mistake with huge transaction fee. They all matter to traders that seek profit, so if new DEX comes out with safer offer, traders might adopt and the competition will be stiffer. Obviously DEX is taking over the market, allowing any project to get listed without exchange listing and we are just at the beginning of the Defi rally. It is expected to bring in huge fund like in ICO next year.

Why would they need to install unknown app if there is already a good wallet were to trade safe on uniswap, just like trust wallet, safe and easy to use when trading on uniswap.

I just received a message on Discord with a link using the same “.adhef” domain. I searched a bit and I found it all over the place including a Medium article. It’s clearly a phishing site that is designed to get your private keys. The only way to protect people from these kinds of things is using safe practices like verifying that you are using only the official links to sites you want to go, bookmarking them, double checking etc. Education is the only way to avoid getting scammed. I could only imagine how easy I would be for someone fairly new to not understand that they are not being directed to Uniswap. These kinds of things are why so many people are wary of crypto. Personal responsibility is, and must be, a key part of crypto education.
