It has the largest followers in the crypto space. All of them share the common goal to make it Top 20 crypto currency.

There are rumours in the market that Tezos network will be used for Digital Euro in the years to come. If that happens then its price will sky rocket without any doubt.
Its current price around $2 which is very attractive for investment to yield huge profits in future.

I personally doubt about that. there's a better competitor for ethereum called polkadot. People have been moving from tezos to the polkadot.

If it's just a rumour and i will never take it as there's more probability for the rumors to be fake news.
You can also compare both DOT and tezos. I believe DOT is a better platform rather than tezos. Tezos can't even compete with DOT. It's too far to talk tezos as a replacement for ethereum.

No. There is no such thing as next Ethereum. There will be one and only Ethereum and the rest of the altcoins that wanted to be on Ethereum's track will be different and will just be following Ethereum. How many times have we heard of altcoins claiming to be the next Ethereum? I heard that from Binance (BNB), Cardano (ADA), etc. So far, Ethereum is still the one and only.  

Tezos has always been an incredible project. It should push forward not under the shadows of Ethereum but on its own light. It could very well compete as Tezos and not as the next Ethereum.

Tezos has great potential and quite decent results at this point.
But you can't really say its going to be next Ethereum, because Ethereum is not dead and its developing at the moment.
So in couple years tezos could keep up with current Eth's position, but obviously Ethereum will be far ahead at that point of time.

ethereum is only one and nothing will ever be like it. so there will be no next ethereum in the future. We will see that today there are many Dapps platforms, are there any that are equal to ETH?
and the answer is none. So no matter how much Tezos try to get close to ethereum, Tezos won't be able to be the next ethereum.

You got  a point here, even EOS was tag as the next Ethereum..TRON...etc. They could be a  great rival to Ethereum  and thats it. Ethereum has carves its name on its own and even innovate something that is different from bitcoin.Each new coin must have its own innovation and path not just like copying what is in ETH had done.

Doubt it because lets us speaking logically here. Ethereum stands very strong as 2nd top alt coin of all time with 2nd highest market cap and it will be there unless there's some massive things happen that could bring it down to the ground. So much project using their erc-20 token and none of them want to see ethereum price sinking. Tezos on the other hand, not many people heard about them while ethereum is pretty much known by so many people that knows the existence of cryptocurrency. If tezos turns out to be 2nd highest market cap alt in the upcoming years. I'd be very amazed.

Ethereum is still very hard to beat, Tezoz is good for staking, not a smart contract platform,
Tezoz price is good because a lot of XTZ staking causes a lot of XTZ supply to lock up,
if XTZ is the next ethereum, for now I deny it.

Tezos is one of the most performing crypto coin since 2019 and I am glad I invested in the project but I believe tezos is tezos, let's not compare to ethereum because whether you like it or not Ethereum will continue to be Ethereum because of its stronger support and again because it's the king of smart contract, nothing can change that, even if there are millions of competitors ( ethereum wannabes )

remember it's all just a rumor. after all, although tezos is used by many companies, it has not been able to match ethereum. I am sure that TEZOS will continue to grow, in the future it will probably be the main alternative choice compared to other Ethereum competitors. but he couldn't be like ethereum anyway.

I am treating Tezos as a good coin but not that much which will surpass Ethereum. The capacity of these and its share to the market are not the same.

Once Ethereum has started its staking, it can now have the same feature as Tezos which is staking too. But it's more favorable to Ethereum.

I'm a strong believer of tezos project but I won't dare even compare ethereum with tezos, yes I accept that tezos is big but it's still not close to Ethereum, there are few other blockchain projects I would choose over tezos too, the competition is never ending but still no one come close to Ethereum

I can say the same with Ethereum, does that mean it will beat Bitcoin in the first place now? no, right? as of now, there's really nothing that could replace Ethereum. It has always been getting development constantly so I don't really think that another altcoin would replace Ethereum for a long time. They are even working on ETH 2.0 which will really make ethereum stand out more.

I don't think it happens anytime soon, Ethereum has been so popular recently with a big market cap, with the release of ETH 2, they change the POW mining way to POS, it makes it waste less power, less energy, and makes it more nature friendly, Tezos has still very serious competitors smaller than ETH , like Polkadot, I think if it wants to beat ETH needs to pass the higher coins in CMC one by one and platform coins like Tron and DOT could be hard to defeat since they are gathering more attention every day with new technologies like IPO that has been introduced by DOT recently, But still if I want to stake some coin for longterm I'd choose Tezos between them.

Very True. There is no doubt that Ethereum is the King of Alt coins today and most of new projects are launched on their network including DEFIs but new competitor will start sharing their business in coming days so this competitive environment will definitely impact of Ethereum price.

Not too sure about the rumors, if you want to compare why not choose the closest coins, I mean like Binance, Polkadot, LTC? Aren't some of the altcoins I mentioned far superior to Tezos both in terms of price and ranking. I think Ethereum is still Ethereum and cannot be compared to other altcoins.

No matter how many new competitors rise up to compete with Ethereum they won't be able to beat ethereum, ask yourself why many coins that beats bitcoin with new utilities can't still overthrown bitcoin till date? What devs failed to understand is old projects have build stronger trusts and love in the heart of the community and all crypto lovers

They seems to had a huge team
But still despite they are fast, i don't think they can flip over Ethereum Status

There's way too many blockchain project
Transaction speed is not a key criteria anymore because we had tons of project like TRON/EOS/Algorand
It is more about Adoption
Any project that could be interoperable is fine and could be front
