What could lead to a static profile

I have accumulated enough posts that should earn me the required activity for a junior member but it seems my account isn't making any progress. Could there be other criteria that I need to meet before my profile will be upgraded?

Although my upgrade isnt much but its always a thing of joy seeing you are making progress in what ever you devote your time for. Can I get an assistance on how to go about this thank you

You'll automatically rank up to Jr. Member ASAP since you're required minimum both activity and merit, you only need to wait.

It’s not immediate, and there is a process that verifies the requirements and performs the changes in rank. It runs pretty frequently (every few minutes or so, I figure), and it seems it has already kicked-in for your account: Jr. Member rank achieved.

Why are you in a hurry to rankup? I didn't understand it until after I ranked up, newbies does not know the rules, and if they read those rules, he will know that there are Merits and a little effort to rise and not generate enough posts.
You got 2 merits. You need extra 8 Merits and more participations to get the next rank and so on.

Read carefully, OP was worried about his account rank why didn't rankep up to Jr. Member although he already has earned enough activity and merit as well. He was just need to wait few hours before his account upgraded/ranked up to Jr.member automatically

You get a progressive and not static profile when you’re consistently post quality post and make positive contributions to these bitcoin community, provided you are doing these I’m sure there would be change on the state of your profile and you can also read from the Meta board to educate yourself more about Forum ranks by reading a subject by John, don’t worry it’s not difficult to find, it’s pinned.
