Hi,

I've got a notification from adobe via email like below after purchase adobe all apps 1 year key from one supplier like below:
https://imgur.com/a/JlOLKK3

You should beware from any suppliers if only give warranty for 24 hours not one year to prevent this case

I brought this key 6 months ago. So anyone have same problem like me? And have solution for this thing?

The email is real. My customer forwarded me this email too. I called Adobe support on his behalf and they have told me 3 times that in my case the subscription is valid till April 15th, 2021 and by their records nothing will happen after November 15th. So, I am awaiting for November 15-16th to see, whether there will be any change or not. Since they confirmed me that this email has been sent by their system to my client email address. So ya, I've stopped buying Adobe codes until November 16th.

A sender of an e-mail can easily be faked. In the e-mail the old Adobe logo is used and it is written in a "strange" language.

However, since skyppy2000 confirmed it, I assume it was sent by Adobe.
The support also told me that they know nothing about that the subscription will be blocked.
So lets wait until November 16  Wink

It was too good to be true. But if they at least last ~6 months it is still cheaper than paying full price. These keys probably are carded that's why you are getting an email from the fraud department.
