I wonder why this guy not banned here yet. HE IS SCAMMER DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM He do send dummy keys which will not work. If you ask him he will delete the conversation and block. I believe in KARMA sure will hit him very hard.
Sadly, Scam is not punishable by ban here in the forum unless they violate any rules here. You should put the link to the profile of the scammer so that DT will tag him/her as scammer so that all user will be warn once this guy attempt to deal with someone. You should always consider the trust score and rank of the user before you deal to anyone here. And also always use escrow in any transaction.
