How does a casino operate with a 0% House edge? Where do they get the income to pay for their expenses, if they operate with a 0% house edge?

I reckon a site like this might implement a 0% house edge for a few months to attract new clients (gamblers) and then once a huge client base has been established, they would implement the industry standard house edge for their games?

This is similar to the (Bait and switch model) that the "Circle" exchange implemented, when they offered "Bitcoin" based services in the beginning and then once they acquired the predetermined client base, they dropped Bitcoin services.  

Can you give us a short explanation of the business model and future plans for this casino to see where you would be going with this?

Hello and welcome to the forum.
I think it's nice that the casino supports the LN, it's not something I see often. And your support of cryptos to use is also quite good. Moreover, a 0% house edge sounds like a good choice to attract users.
Regarding your statement that anyone can play, I think you should rewrite it because gambling is not allowed under some jurisdictions, so it would be wise to allow people to gamble if their age and jurisdiction allows it, rather than let everyone who's 18 play.
The website looks good, but the "1-star" people in the chat is something that looks confusing. I don't know what it means (probably that they're new), but the stars usually mean the rating, so it either leads to thinking these people gave 1 star to the casino, or they received 1 star to the casino... Consider creating a different symbol. Good luck!

Is this video the only proof that your games are provably fair because video itself has so many problems. Here's what I caught in first 25 seconds:




Number 1: You are claiming that house has 0% edge. However, right there, 'e' is being multiplied by 98 which indicates 2% house edge.

Number 2: The randomString function is using Math.random() library to generate string of specified length. Using this code in production is business-killer because Math.random is not cryptographically secure and can be deduced. When you are importing 'Crypto' library, you should better use that library for generating random string.


On the website, I can't find any detail on how seeds are generated and how provably fair script works. There is only one 'change seed' button which opens up a form with most confusing lines in the world:



Which blockchain are you talking about? what valid source? what RAW results? 25 results in 1 minute, wtf?

I see too many red-flags. I don't find any way to verify that results are fair or 0% edged as claimed in the OP. I won't risk my real money on this platform.

That depends on which game. I think it is higher than 1%. With Roulette you could easily calculate it. I am not a mathematician yourself, but because of the color green as 0 you have 37 numbers, then you would end up with an advantage of 100/36 is about 3% advantage for the bank?

Yes, you are right. According to their website, 12 of the 16 games have a house edge of 1%. Highest house edge is indeed on roulette which is 2.7%.

If the chances of the house are so high, then you always start with a backlog? Then betting on matches at a sports match would be more lucrative because you can also choose odds of around 1.20, which is not an option in a casino. After reading this, no more roulette for me for now. I always thought it would be the same somewhere, with a small disadvantage, but at almost 3% that is quite a head start for the casino. Then blackjack would be even better what you still partially control? By the way, that reminds me of that movie from the past with that group that started counting cards, movie is called 21. great movie

because you are advertising this casino as 0% HE, but you're not. if people will read webtricks' post, they will understand how you are deceiving potential users here by promoting this as 0% HE.
 and also, am assuming you are running this solo. dont think you will ever apply gambling license for real here. and provably fairness is somewhat sketchy
