Weeks ago, one member on this forum asked about the Bitcoin address and wallet (if possible) of the hacked, then shut-down exchange Cryptopia. That topic cryptopia adress. I read and forgot it but today it pops up in my mind again.

I am not familiar with it but I wonder there are methods to mark, label exchange wallets, address for later use. Especially of one exchange does scam exit.
I know of those sites but whether there are better tools for community?
Address I used as an example is an address from a Huobi cold wallet according to bitinfocharts.com

Where and how to check a bitcoin address is used for scam purposes? (it is my old thread)

The objective of this thread is for Tax report

You need a third party tagging service to do that. And the tags will only be visible to you, because there is no way to embed textual descriptions of addresses in the blockchain, let alone deciding who is allowed to crate tags for someone’s address in the first place.

If your goal is just to write notes about an address, and not identifying its owner, a spreadsheet would suffice, you could even include your addresses and notes in Quicken or some other accounting software if you want to organize it for tax reporting.
