How do I verify electrum-ltc from kleopatra?

I have a verified electrum on my laptop and I remember that I had used kleopatra to do it. On electrum-ltc I tried to verify it with the same way but I get that it could not be verified: https://i.imgur.com/jcBsILA.jpg

The reason is because the certificate is unavailable. Where exactly do I find the certificate of electrum-ltc?
