Did they ever participate into same signature campaign? I mean did they ever abuse ir cheated any bounty? If so, onlh it matters to be alt, otherwise, alt account is allowed here in the forum. For future trading purpose, you can give a neutral tag of being alt.

I'm not so sure that it's only cheating if he got accepted. Intention is important too, and he had intention to cheat, but it just didn't work that time. Anyway, he is in  Poolz signature campaign with both accounts.

They both applied for Duelbits signature campaign so they tried to cheat.

It's only cheating if they got accepted and didn't refrain from participating with 1 account. It's a layered issue and I'm sure if dug into deep enough they likely have or will violate campaign rules. Unfortunately there is nothing wrong with having alt accounts, they are free to participate in signature campaigns as long as they follow all rules, so unless the campaign states alt accounts can't apply at the same time there is no violation yet.

If I'm not mistaken the OP has a bounty and a signature campaign as their link so again not in the same campaign/bounty at the same time.
