Post deleted by mistake or what?

I don't know what is wrong with my reply which got deleted recently. Here is that post deleted from my thread Funds in my coinbase vault stuck for very long time

A reply of yours, quoted below, was deleted by a Bitcoin Forum moderator. Posts are most frequently deleted because they are off-topic, though they can also be deleted for other reasons. In the future, please avoid posting things that need to be deleted.

Why not try to  call them directly to any of these number below for assistance.

Some reddit posts recommended this suggestion as well but the user who tried this faced bitter experience most of the times because we have to stay in the call for hours to get connected to one of their service staff which is really annoying and can drain lot of money if someone calls from different country,that is why I didn't tried to call them.

This is on topic and more over it is about what is my experience and opinion about the suggestion for my help seeking thread.

And also I posted this thread on beginners &Help section because my previous thread didn't got much exposure to forum members so I tried to create new thread after a year on help section which also may fit for these kind of queries right? Where normally lot of irrelevant threads are accepted and not moved to off topic or respective section but why this one got moved even when I asked not to do so with appropriate reason.

I have the impression that in the fight against spam, sometimes the righteous pay for sinners. I'm not saying that this is the case, but it's not the first time I see someone complaining that they have had their posts deleted and when I look at the posts I don't see that they are clearly shitposting.

The reason why you dont want the thread to be move is to get the assistant you needed from people which i understand you but the moderator have the right to move every thread thats not post in the appropriate section cause it one of their duties and about post deletions you are not the first to experience that and I dont know the criteria used by moderators to delete post but i think the moderators need to check every reported posts very well.

There's potential for a mod to see that as you jus twisting something to add to the your post count and look vaguely constructive (as a guess).

Here is one of the tread which I remember,where yiu can clearly see that he is talking about their helpline and how much it is going to cost for the one who needs help from their support.

Honestly I don't have to frame something like this to build the post counts. which can be done in a way more constructive with less efforts.

Its okay, not only you mate. Some members too here got post deleted, even me with such reply we think its not low quality or off topic. We have moderators acted on it. But we cant say how its deleted.

I personally wouldn't have acted on the report but that's just me and I can't speak for anyone else.

Like @hilariousandco said, he cant act on this also divulge information on why the post deleted cause its done by someone. I know its not wrong to ask reason to know why our post being deleted inspite of a good arguement but its on the moderators discretion if they will explain it or not in my opinion.

No disrespect but I think that mods should evaluate the reports of low quality posts more in-depth so this kind of complaints would not happen again. I might be asking for too much knowing that mods have a lot of work to do and a measly single deleted post will not be worth attention which I get will be unfair to the mods of each deleted are reviewed in-depth which takes a lot of time.

The mods do check the post quality before making it delete. They just can't delete every post which is reported as low value but recently there are many complains of good posts being deleted just because someone reports them and they got deleted. There can be a situation that a post may be considered good by one mod but can be considered bad by another mod. It's just difference of opinion and there cannot be any hard or fast rule for this.

Reporter should be more keen about why he is reporting and sometimes he should be ready to express his opinion when such post got deleted. Yeah there is no necessity of doing it but which also can help to calm down lot of chasos arises from deleting a post which is on topic and it should be there to continue the discussion in that thread further.

They are so called "moderators". They controlled the replied and post made by the user in this forum so that spamming activity won't spread too much. As I have seen at the OP's post, he just replied to the post made by other users in his topic. There is a factor of low quality post or reported by other users.

However, we can't say that the OP post is to spam the forum because he himself, created the thread. That is why he wants to clear things because it is clearly not a spam post or just want to add some post counts to his profile.

Look at again to the post, mate! Mersal didn't post the phone support service, but he commented on the post about the phone support service. You must know that BitMaxz wrote the phone support service, not Mersal. If the moderator deleted the post because of the reason "the service, no longer available", then why BitMaxz's post isn't deleted.

Taking in account the number of reports being made every day, I think the percentage of mistakenly deleted posts is probably still extremely low. These mods are not robots, so from time to time, there will be some posts deleted by mistake, or because the context wasn't completely clear etc.

I don't really see why you absolutely have to open another thread about this, and it hasn't made you a bit wiser about the subject. No, your post was not low value, and yes, it was probably deleted by mistake. But let's not act as if you have spent hours writing it. If you believe your reply is so essential, write it again and that's it.

I didn't say I am wiser so my post shouldn't be deleted, and it is not okay to post the deleted post again in the thread because its offending the moderators decision and can be considered as violation if there is any. I opened this thread to know the actual reason and I am open to accept the mistake if there is any.

Well how in depth do you want someone to go? There's only so much time you can spend evaluating a post and every mod will have a different opinion on certain things or what constitutes a low quality post or spam. I see lots of posts reported for low quality and such and I'm often on the fence about them so I just leave them be but others may be much harsh or unforgiving. A good quarter of posts here could probably be deleted for being low quality but I don't feel that's something mods should be having to deal with as it's mostly spam from signature campaigns and their managers should be responsible for that. Then of course mods also do make mistakes from time to time as well.

From what I can deduce from your comment, it seems your problem lies in the fact that, your thread must have been an already treated one and you regenerating it after a year just  for the fact that, it haven't received enough exposure is more like you spamming the forum with it.
Instead of creating a new thread, what you could have done was to edit the previous thread, perhaps it didn't get enough exposure not because it wasn't a serious issue or it wasn't posted in the right board, it's possibly that, the topic wasn't click bait enough and in such case, you could just rephrase the topic and maybe add some value to it's content.

Biginners and help is surely the kind of place for a help based thread as all stands to benefit from profound solution to your problems but then, using exposure as a base for creating same thread but just a new one don't add up to me.

Mind you, responses doesn't signifies audience or exposure, the exposure is it being on the board but then, response is what keeps it at the top or front page and views tells you you've got audience. Responses is people's contribution as they see fit so, if the responses isn't coming up as you want then, you've got to work with what you have, you can't force it on anyone.
