As I see there are so many tasks in 4Q 2020 like whitepaper, website and socials development, influencers marketing and many others. So how is the progress?

ICO is really not selling anymore these days.
Unless, you have backers also to ensure that you will have initial funds to work with.
Need to find other options how to raise funds in order to push thru their developments.

Honestly, you don't really need much effort to tidy up this thread, there are community manager services that has more than enough skills to create adequate ANN. That'll be a challenge if your project didn't have reliable details
