Btw did you receive a warning message from CB before they disabled your account the same as this
user on reddit? I wonder if they just disabled your account without giving warning, though that user experienced 3 years ago, maybe they just change their attitude regarding those users who violate their TOS.
I had my account disabled (nuked, actually) about 5 years ago, and there was no warning given to me then. I never received or sent any bitcoin from gambling or any other prohibited or illegal businesses. The reason I got nuked was my fault and it was a mistake I made when trying to buy a small amount of bitcoin with a checking account I had linked to Coinbase that I'd recently closed. I chose the wrong funding source by mistake, and then I got the e-mail stating that my account was closed.
TL;DR: Coinbase is fuckin' brutal with their customers, and I don't think anything's changed since I was one of them.
The only question is what will happen with your remaining money.
Coinbase is regulated by the US government, and they can't just seize a customer's funds because that customer broke Coinbase's TOS. I suspect OP will get his coins/money back, though I'm not sure why he's seemingly having so much trouble.
So, Finally my problem has been solved.
You got your funds back, or you got back access to your account?
