Are you sure that you have money from Blockcypher?
Blockcypher is just a block explorer or you might be talking about Blockchain wallet? And you want to send BTC from the blockchain wallet to Electrum?

What exactly is your issue?

You can't. Blockcypher is not a wallet, it's simply an explorer, which in it's most simplistic form just shows balances of addresses.

You provided an adress for the refund, right? You need to open the wallet for that address, and if the wallet is somewhat decent, it should be pretty noticeable that your funds are there.

If you did not provide an address for a refund, they most likely used the address which you used to initiate your transaction with. Note: If that address belongs to an exchange, or rather, not to you, you'll need to contact the entity that actually owns that address.

(For example, if you send funds from binance, and the vendor refunds you on your binance address, it's up to Binance to give you your bitcoins back. You have no control over this.)

Well... If you want me to actually help you, you'll need to explain EXACTLY what you did, with what wallet, and what actors. you should leave the details out (although it could be useful to know what service you used, it's not strictly necessary.), but explain your "workflow" so to speak.

An example of what happend could be: ""I used wallet Z (example: electrum) to order product Y (doesn't matter.) by making a transaction from address (input) A to address C (the vendor's address), but the vendor of product Y declined my payment and refunded me on address B (or A), and now i can't find the bitcoins!""

Did the merchant ask you for a refund address at all? I'm thoroughly confused.

Questions you should provide answers to;

1. Did the merchant ask you for a refund address?
2. If yes, from which wallet did you generate the address(Electrum or blockchain wallet)?
3. If No, from wallet did you send out the payment(Electrum or blockchain wallet)?
4. If you don't mind, can you help us and provide the transactions IDs for both transactions (the transaction where you sent out money to the merchant and the transaction where they claim to have refunded you)?
I just want to determine whether the bitcoins were just resent to address you used to spend them.

I used WalletA(blockchain)
To send to vendor B
To order product C from website

The Website asked for a
refund address(D) in which I gave them in case anything goes wrong! The refund has been sent to the address I gave them!
Now I can’t find wallet (D) in blockchain or wallet (e) electrum !

<snip>
Hmmm. That's very strange. I don't really have a solution for this as I don't understand what could cause this other than human error (edit: or malware!).

I'm unfamiliar with the blockchain wallet, but in electrum you can go to the console tab, and do the following command:

Code:
ismine("ADDRESS D")
Which returns true or false.

If it's false, it's unlikely the address stems from electrum, and so it should come from your blockchain wallet (?)

(Or, perhaps you've fallen victim to either a copy paste hijacker, or other malware.)

Are you sure both your electrum wallet and your blockchain wallet are synced // connected?

Yes electrum just told me false so now i think I’m  f*cked I will see if blockchain has the option to search like electrum you’ve been helpful though I can only blame myself! But I had to get the address out of one of these wallets maybe I’m over looking it

What is important is remembering where you generated the address from, Without knowing where you generated it from, it will be hard to locate the funds.
When you look at the bitcoin refund address in the block explorer (Blockcypher) Are you familiar with it?
Which version of blockchain wallet are you using, Web wallet or Mobile App wallet?

The only thing I believe will cause these are
1) Human error from the OP ending
2) The vendor lied about refunding
3) The refund wallet is not fully synced
Greenshoes5, the vendor refund the BTC did he provide you the transaction ID? If yes kindly provide it so we can be sure if the fund was really sent back to you as the vendor said.

If you are 100% sure you got the address from your blockchain wallet, check to confirm if the bitcoin address in the blockchain mobile wallet and the one in the transaction ID sent by the merchant are the same. I hope you know how to look up your address in the transaction ID.

Didn't you receive any email from the merchant confirming your payment and refund address?

The Website asked for a refund address(D) in which I gave them in case anything goes wrong! The refund has been sent to the address I gave them!
How did you provide this refund address? Huh Did you send it on email or via an Instant Messenger like Telegram, Whatsapp, Skype etc? Or did you enter it directly into the website your ordered from?

Do you have any record of the address that you sent them? Huh I ask, because you need to confirm that the address you sent the vendor, is in fact the address they supposedly sent to the refund to. It doesn't necessarily mean you sent them the correct address, but it at least will rule out any shenanigans on the part of the vendor!

If you can confirm that the address you sent, is the same address that is shown in the "blockcypher" link, then the vendor is most likely not at fault, and it's something at your end that has not gone right.

In which case, you need to try and remember where you generated that address... did you do it from your blockchain wallet or from your Electrum wallet? Huh

I used WalletA(blockchain)
To send to vendor B
To order product C from website

The Website asked for a
refund address(D) in which I gave them in case anything goes wrong! The refund has been sent to the address I gave them!
Now I can’t find wallet (D) in blockchain or wallet (e) electrum !

Where did you get the Address (D) from?
Can you actually confirm this is the address you gave them? What vendor are you talking about?

At some point you had to copy/paste that address (D), right? Could you provide us the address / transaction id ?
