Simple reason is that people believe that it is more realistic for a car that loses its break going down hill to keep falling downward than it is to reverse the direction of the motion. The same way, a car that is already at a very high speed climbing a hill is more likely to maintain that force in the same direction than otherwise.

I think it's normal because most people would rather heed Newton's first law which states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. Man always want the easy way.

I guess it's not totally their fault, during March when the pandemic started and crashed the financial market, everyone was panic selling their bitcoin, cause they needed the cash at the moment, they were busy stucking food stuffs since lockdown was going to commence, and also covid-19 looked more deadly in the early stages when the doctors had to clue about it,so only the people who had extra cash bought bitcoin at that cheap price $3800, people buying bitcoin at the top is just fomo, since it's a bull run they just want to be a part of it, there's always those people who fomo during bull runs we saw that in 2017, same thing goes for this year.

Its a psychological factor in humans for being greedy all the time. Like diamonds, if there value is like iron then it will not matter for people to buy but since it's price is very high so people think about its value in terms price.

sometimes what you want to do is precisely thought out, do it to buy when it goes down and sell when it goes up. something allows the unexpected to happen to everyone doing work in crypto.

Actually, this is not a greedy mentality, it represents the investor's lack of experience and short-term vision. Many people have thoughts that will not buy Bitcoin at $ 3k5 because they have not really analyzed Bitcoin's potential or they have no faith in it.

In investing, the golden rule is to be patient and have a plan in place to prepare yourself for the worst. It seems that the crowds have failed to do this, so most people often guess about the end of Bitcoin.

Some coins I bought last two months when the price of bitcoin was low in the market,that was making many people to laugh at me during the period because of the huge amount of money I spend to purchase the coins from market. I release my coins during the pandemic when the price of bitcoin increase in the exchange market, that nearly reach $20k that really make me to make a good profit from my trading during the season. buying when the price is low and selling when the price is reasonable, that is the principle of every trade that we will make and there is no other method to do.
waiting for a higher price is not easy to determine because it needs proper analysis because if you analyze it wrongly the price will go down again and you just can't sell it.

Well, fear is really the factor that played on most users within the Cryptocurrency Industry. As for myself, I was too scared to jump back in and earn alternate cryptocurrencies since I thought of it as something that would not have a future and its my fault for doubting. Bitcoin's value is really something people cannot expect but as long as you are within this community, there is always the chance to earn something.

Buy low and sell high are things that must be done in trading and investing, no need for beginners or experts, the most important thing is to have enough knowledge and skills about what types to trade and so on.
Trading or investing safely in my opinion is a long-term method with no time limit and to avoid worry and just wait for the price to rise above the price before buying it even though it takes a long time.
so if I personally buy bitcoins below the price of 10k, there is a possibility that bitcoins will rise above that price and on the condition that I have to be patient even though it's long and that's for sure.

It'd be suicidal for only those who didn't do their risk management properly. It's common sense that we invest what we can afford to lose. However, we break that rule and do what pleases us. But one who can't bear much loss should be cautious. That's why I said that most people are just being cautious. Avoiding the part of the dip they can't face.

then theyre the ones who do gambled out but it did really paid of considering or looking on the current price which you can calculate on how much they did able to gain
