I was browsing through my twitter feeds when I read a hashtag which said that #trumpconcedes, and I thought that it’s finally over.

Also to be absolutely sure I quickly googled few news site, and all had the same catchy title that Trump has conceded, and then I opened Trump’s twitter account where he does admit that Biden has won, but he hasn’t conceded, and now I’m not even sure what to make of his tweets anymore.

I think Trump is still looking at his options and what is best for himself and his family. If there is more public support he might be able to fight the elctions in court and could drag out the results into next year. But what is more likely in my opinion would be to keep pushing Ivanka Trump and try to make her the first female president 2024 or 2028.

Even with the small victories that they're getting in Pennsylvania, they're not enough to let the courts invalidate hundreds of thousands of votes that would most likely favor Biden. So yeah, have to agree with that.

Trump is going to continue on with this little battle for a little bit though. Guy loves to be relevant so it's important for him to stay relevant and to keep eyes on him. That's also big in ensuring that he continues to show his power over the GOP.

I've been reading some articles saying that Trump is thinking about forming his own digital media company with a subscription model of business. Getting his lucrative lists of voter information (his voters) and trying to get them to pay $5.99 a month for a news service ran by him. Something that competes with Fox, OANN, and so on and so forth. We'll see where that goes. Guess he could also buy something that is already out there.

He doesn't need to actually flip any states. All he needs to do is have state presidential elections invalidated due to problems with enough votes. If Trump can prove more ballots were illegal (due to one of many reasons) than Biden's margin of victory, the courts will either call another election or prevent the state from casting their electoral votes.

The only way I can see him actually flipping a state is via a recount, or if there was problem software used such as Dominion, and a 'manual' recount shows the vote totals were incorrect.

The whole send your lawyers to go on TV and talk about these crazy claims is a strategy of Trumps. But not because it will influence the legal case at all, the only reason it is being done is to drum up support of Republicans to continue to support Trump, even after his term ends on Jan 20th.

Courts try NOT to invalidate legal votes. Also -- it's not even a question of conservative courts or liberal courts, no one in the courts wants to set a precedent that you can change the fate of an election just because you appointed like 200 federal judges by yourself. Also, what kind of democracy is that?

Nothing is really going to change in a Biden admin if the Senate is still red. Like, they wont be able to appoint any of the progressives to cabinet level positions nor will they be able to change tax law. More massive vote fraud laid out by WH spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany in the form of sworn affidavits Trump campaign has obtained

As of Friday, Arizona was called for Democrat Joe Biden while North Carolina voted to reelect President Donald Trump — but that doesn’t matter because the media have already proclaimed Biden “president-elect.”

So no matter what happens now in the remaining states, Trump is simply going to lose, right?

Not so fast. We’re about to find out whether we still have some semblance of the rule of law in America or if we have become the world’s best-armed banana republic.

A day earlier, White House spokeswoman Kayleigh McEnany, who is a lawyer by the way, took to Twitter to lay out the president’s case that this election was stolen from him and in a big way.

The campaign, as of this writing, has 234 pages of sworn affidavits from people who say they witnessed massive fraud in Wayne County, Mich., which is home to the Democratic-owned Detroit political machine.

In a series of tweets, McEnany asserted that eyewitnesses and voters:

— Saw a batch of ballots, 60 percent of which had the same signature;

— Watched a batch of ballots get scanned five times;

— Saw 50 ballots that were fed several times into a vote tally scanner;

— Said Jan. 1, 1900 was recorded a number of times in a poll book as a date of birth for many people who were not in the books so their ‘votes’ could be counted;

— Saw 35 ballots that were counted though they were not connected to any voting records;

— Saw ballots that were counted but did not have the required signatures or postmarks;

— Watched as poll workers made marks on ballots that did not have marks for candidates;

— Said a dead son was recorded as having voted twice;

— Saw provisional ballots (those that were not supposed to be counted yet until verified that they were legal) put in a tabulation box;

— Saw passengers drop off more ballots to polling stations than there were people in their vehicles;

— Saw ballots that were received after the Election Day deadline being postdated and counted;

— Witnessed failed voter tabulation software in Antrim County, Mich., being utilized in Wayne County;

— GOP poll watchers were ejected from ballot counting rooms and not readmitted though Democratic poll watchers were;

— GOP poll watches were physically pushed away from counting tables by election officials;

— Republican challengers were forced to remain away from counting areas but not Democrats;

— GOP challengers were subjected to racial harassment;

— Democratic ballot challengers handed out packets, “Tactics to Distract GOP Challengers”;

— Election officials covering windows so challengers were unable to observe counting;

— Election officials cheered when a Republican challenger was ejected from a tabulation room;

— Challengers were unable to observe ballot duplication processes.

Trump does not need to immediately make strong legal arguments, although the longer the delay, the harder it will be for him to govern if he ultimately stays president in 2021.

Trump needs to have strong legal arguments in place long enough before when the EC meets such that cases will have been able to reach the Supreme Court, and they make a ruling in his favor. Trump may make a case that would result in an initial ruling in his favor today, but Democrats might be able to find additional evidence over three weeks and make a compelling argument for an ultimate ruling in their favor.

Trump does need to have messaging to support the legitimacy of his second term if he ends up winning reelection in court. He needs to have proxies do this for him because doing so himself would expose himself to the propaganda arm of the Democratic party (the media).
