The problem with voting machines in my opinion is the marketing of voting machines, in which the companies are really pressured to tout their products' wonders. When in reality, teenage hackers in mom's basement hack these things in a few minutes.

Reality is putting the machines in front of independent people and seeing how they perform, and that's what's been done at DEFcON for years.

It's very hard to accept defeat if its a close fight and you know that you have a chance of winning in case there is some illegal votes occur on state that you lose. Trump won the last election with a strong majority vote so I believe he is still holding on to his loyal supporters. But as we all know, there's no way that he will not win just by accusing that he was being cheated unless he provide proof which is quite hard just.

There isn't any concrete evidence to that effect. It's only accusation and accusation from Trump. Pointedly, I am beginning to think that Trump also got himself rigged into office in 2016 against Hilary considering all these accusations he's making now. How will he believe that the system was manipulated against him now if he didn't find a loophole in the system and exploited that too in the past? He got sympathy votes against Hilary because Americans were fed up with the democrats then owing to the manner Obama ran the country, especially the Obamacare thing.

He doesn't need to actually flip any states. All he needs to do is have state presidential elections invalidated due to problems with enough votes. If Trump can prove more ballots were illegal (due to one of many reasons) than Biden's margin of victory, the courts will either call another election or prevent the state from casting their electoral votes.

The only way I can see him actually flipping a state is via a recount, or if there was problem software used such as Dominion, and a 'manual' recount shows the vote totals were incorrect.

The chance of this happening is so insanely slim. I've tried reading into the legal arguments the Trump campaign is making trying to invalidate votes and there is just nothing there. Think Trump is more about having his lawyers go on TV prime time instead of articulating legal cases tbh. Ted Cruz has a podcast called Verdict and he said he directly called the President and advocated that he beefs up his legal team bc it's a joke.

Trump does not need to immediately make strong legal arguments, although the longer the delay, the harder it will be for him to govern if he ultimately stays president in 2021.

Trump needs to have strong legal arguments in place long enough before when the EC meets such that cases will have been able to reach the Supreme Court, and they make a ruling in his favor. Trump may make a case that would result in an initial ruling in his favor today, but Democrats might be able to find additional evidence over three weeks and make a compelling argument for an ultimate ruling in their favor.

Trump does need to have messaging to support the legitimacy of his second term if he ends up winning reelection in court. He needs to have proxies do this for him because doing so himself would expose himself to the propaganda arm of the Democratic party (the media).

I'd say that because of that very reason Donald Trump and his campaign HAVE to make strong legal arguments ASAP.

They should not have started with outlandish claims and then begin searching for the evidence to back their outlandish claims. The claims should've come from evidence, not the whole 'tell me the claim and I'll find you the evidence' which is what Trump supporters were complaining about years prior in regards to the FBI / Mueller investigation.

Right now Trump just looks like a sore loser that isn't willing to accept that sometimes you lose. I know that's part of the brand though, deny deny deny and then at some point maybe it'll work. Crazy, lol.
