Added to Elon Musk's answer, who is openly pro-Bitcoin, this is a little step more towards making Bitcoin in particular, and all cryptos in general, go mainstream.

Actually lets try to find celebrities that is not only investing in bitcoin but altcoins also because this is competition in which the reason why the world will accept this community.

But it is good to hear that there are newly admitted to be adopting bitcoin as they are now starting to understand the benefits.

We will never know the answer to those questions.

But we assure that these celebrities are giving exposure to bitcoin and that's a big gain for it. As long as they maintain a conversation involving bitcoin, they are helping bitcoin to be known to their followers and fans.

I know Elon has his personal interest in bitcoin and probably bluffs that he has around 0.01BTC.

The celebrities can play a role in the crypto, especially in bitcoin, because they have a huge fan that can be attracted to following their idols. That will be a good step for the celebrities to come to bitcoin because they can invite their friends to use bitcoin too. Besides that, it will be a positive sign that the celebrities are now aware of the new technology that can help them have a new type of investment.

They are the one who loudly telling people about their interest in investing Crypto but i believe that there are more in silent mode.

What they bring to Crypto is a free advertisement and a possible Fans entering the market for their idols.

Bitcoin has captured the world's attention since its bullishness in January 2018, but at that time, maybe many were still in doubt. That tweet will certainly make people interested in investing in Bitcoin.

Celebrities investing or buying bitcoin doesn’t have any significant difference in the bitcoin ecosystem. Celebrities are humans also, they are fortunate to be known worldwide because of what they do either music, acting, art, fashion etc. I don’t think it’s a merit to bitcoin or Cryptocurrency if celebrities use it. Bitcoin is a decentralized digital currency and can be used anywhere in the world by anybody.

I don’t think Satoshi would be interested in who is using bitcoin but rather the value of bitcoin, anyone can use bitcoin for his/her own interest but at the the end bitcoin ecosystem is interested in the increasing rate and acceptance of bitcoin worldwide.

I agree.

Even with the higher percentage vote for the No, that's still a free exposure for bitcoin. Well, nobody will pay for the exposure of bitcoin from these celebrities.

That's a sure thing that even 1% of those voters will start searching for bitcoin and will be surprised that it's near to its past ath.

Although Bitcoin is used for its own benefit is a very good currency for investment. And its price increase will cause more excitement in the world. celebrities, including the general public, will all be interested in investing in bitcoin. Even if celebrities are more attracted to fashion. Bitcoin has become much more interesting to see celebrities via high priced Twitter. Even after uninterrupted bloggers and real-world gossip mimicry from the media some people may learn about the use of Bitcoin by staying out of the shadows or walking in unfamiliar crowds.
