Will Monero (XMR) ever break its ATH price?

I think XMR has a good chance of breaking its ATH record，as long as this bull market continues for a few months.
Records are meant to be broken，XMR still have a large potential room. Not just XMR，i think a lot of coins their ATH record will be breaking in 2021.

The bullish trend is still strengthening until now. I think this is a rare opportunity to add to the number of XMR and other alts in the bag. Even though you don't know what it is, there is definitely another surprise that will amaze everyone later.

I disagree with your views, it is true that the market is going up but at least it is too late to enter, even if there is still a lot of growth ahead of us, it is not recommended that you enter the market under the current circumstances, right now it is the moment to hold whatever monero you have in your wallets and you should only sell it once it is completely clear to you that the bullish trend that we are going through is over otherwise you should keep it with hopes that the rally continues.

This is not totally true, it is true that for the first time in a very long time bitcoin surpassed its ATH but there is still no guarantee that the price is going to go much higher than that, after all there is a reason why that ATH was reached last time and the price was unable to keep moving forward, it is obvious that there is a very heavy resistance at that point and since bitcoin broke his previous mark it has been moving sideways which is never a good sign for a bull market.

I have sold my XMR a long time ago and invested in Ethereum instead. No doubt that was the best decision ever. Monero and a lot other Altcoins has it's best year in 2017 and it's not unthinkable for any coin break it's ATH again.

During 2017 to 2018, things were different as there were little privacy coins but nowadays they are much and each of them are trying to offer services which will bring more users to them, this means that, there is now divided attention among privacy coins. However, talking about the price of Monero, I find it hard with predictions because I am yet to see anyone that meets the target people predicted for it. Moreover, asking about the ATH, the difference between current price is somewhat higher hence it think it will be hard to break it ATH this year, but if the bullish trend continues to next year, and the team committed to their goals, then there is every tendency it will cross it, but for now, lets allow the market to play everything out.

What you are saying is right. If he declared that he owns a huge amount of monero, he only needs to wait for the monero price increases to be able to sell it at the highest price.  We don't know who is buying monero and hold it until now, but we will see it when the price of monero will start to increase. Short answer is no, the long answer is hell no I do not get why people are always trying to aim ath the all time high neither, but I do not get it why they pick the most unlikely one neither. Look at ethereum for example, it is only x3 away and with x3 more it will definitely break over it, but on top of that there is phase 1 that could increase the price, phase 1.5 which will give start of staking sort of, and phase 2 which will make it a lot better and people will increase the price just because of that.

On top of that there will be no more miners selling ethereum to cover costs of mining neither, which means there will be less sellers. Why not pick ethereum? Or maybe bnb because everyone buys it to stake or provide liquidity or other stuff? That is good, or any other that has a thing that could make it go up. Monero has nothing that could cause it to spike up like that at all.

monero is currently not the only privacy coin available but currently it has stiff competition from other privacy-based coins such as ZCash, Dash and Verge. right now monero doesn't seem to have developed very well for almost 2 years after monero was created and released in 2014, as I recall Monero started experiencing price and popularity increases around the middle of 2016/17 and showing extraordinary price movements at that time , Monero even reached $ 12 in January 2017 and slowly monero continued to grow so that finally the price of Monero could reach its peak at $ 494 in January 2018, if you look at its history, of course there is a possibility that Monero will be able to reach the ATH price again in the future and it also depends of the developments that will be carried out by the Monero team.
