Please help - sent BTC from the Electrum wallet to the exchanger, but the exchange request was deleted, the BTC did not reach the exchanger, but they were completely debited from the Electrum wallet after 4 hours. How to understand where BTC were debited from the Electrum wallet?

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

What exchange were you trying to send your coins to? If you are completely sure that the destination address was correct then your account should be credited. In such a case, you should contact the support of the exchange. You can check the destination address by double clicking on the transaction in the "History" tab. You should see at least one address in "Outputs". [...] but they were completely debited from the Electrum wallet after 4 hours.
I assume that this fragment means that your transaction has been confirmed.

You can check the destination address by double clicking on the transaction in the "History" tab. You should see at least one address in "Outputs".
NOTE: Any address in "Outputs" that is highlighted in Green or Yellow is yours... anything that has no highlight colour is an "external" address. So, check for the address in "Outputs" that has no highlight colour... it should be the deposit address on the Exchange.

but the exchange request was deleted, the BTC did not reach the exchanger It sounds like the bitcoin did reach the exchange. If the exchange gives you an address to deposit to, but for some reason the address "expires", or "times out", or is otherwise "deleted" or replaced with a different address, the exchange still have access to that address. It usually just means that trade or swap you had requested had a time limit set on it, and that time limit was reached before the coins were deposited, and so the trade or swap has been cancelled. However, the coins were still transferred, they still reached the exchange, and the exchange can still access them, even if the trade did not process as expected. You should email the support of the exchange in question, give them the transaction ID of the coins you deposited, and ask them to either credit your account with the relevant balance or return the coins.

If you can share your TXID from your Electrum we can analyze the transaction if what is the cause of not receiving your BTC from the exchange site. Maybe the transaction that you made from Electrum is not yet confirmed due to the recent spike on the mempool. You can find the TXID from your transaction under the history tab on Electrum. It looks like this below. Double click the transaction that you recently send then copy the TXID under transaction ID and paste here. Some exchanges required 3 to 5 confirmations before it shows up in your balance.

There are no "requests" in the bitcoin network. This is a construct created by software built to receive BTC payments. The network and protocol itself is working as it should. If the provided address is correct and the transaction confirmed (which it seems it did since the coins are "gone"), they reached the destination. Which exchange did you use? Which exchange does have a time limit on deposit addresses? NOTE: Any address in "Outputs" that is highlighted in Green or Yellow is yours... anything that has no highlight colour is an "external" address.
And in addition to that, if the address is highlighted blue, it is an address from TrustedCoin (the 2FA service provider for electrum 2FA wallets).

Below photo of this transaction:
Both links don't work. Try uploading those screenshots to imgur.com. You could also send us the transaction id instead. We will be able to look up the transaction in any block explorer. Double-click on your transaction in Electrum and you should see the txid at the top of the window.

Used the exchanger http://www.help.westchange.topThey replied: "Not displayed to our address. We do not know where you sent, but we did not receive anything from you. There is no transaction to our address in the network." I've tried opening the link but my HTTPS Everywhere keeps showing that it is not recommended to enter the site as it not secured. Have you verified that this is not phishing site? Since I've found a similar exchange which supports HTTPS protocol. [1] https://westchange.top/en/Moreover, I still do not encounter such exchange with a time limit for showing deposit address

Your transaction has been confirmed, so there shouldn't be any problem. Contact the support again, but this time include the screenshot and the transaction id. If they insist that they didn't receive your payment then you might been a victim of a phishing attack. I am not sure about the legitimacy of this exchange as well. There doesn't seem to be any reviews of it on bitcointalk.

It looks like a phishing attack. Please answer each of the following: What version of Electrum are you using? Where did you download it from? Did you get a pop-up inside Electrum telling you to follow link to download it? Did you verify it? The address your funds were sent to is bc1qjg4ax2h7gff0wszjq0jzmv2gwzgtfluzrelf59. This address has previously been implicated in the fake Electrum malware attack. Here is a thread where the OP had funds stolen to this address: Target of transaction unknown. Possibly Phishing attack? Here is a scam alert with the same address being linked to the Electrum malware: https://scam-alert.io/scam/bc1qjg4ax2h7gff0wszjq0jzmv2gwzgtfluzrelf59
