That's a very good price but a very aggressive prediction, I would say no.. it would reach $30k this year, it will even struggle to reach $20,000.

of course, the manipulation of the whales could still play here, one big dump and everything will change, they are good at it so I don't trust them that they will not destroy the momentum.

yup there is no Fomo coming yet, it looks like the pump is only $ 1000,
that's very small when compared to 2017,
which has an amazing Fomo, bitcoin pump is able to reach $ 10000 overnight,
if this happens this year it is certain that $ 30k will be reached

The current pump is the most bullish pump in technical analysis since its parabolic, the growth is steady and slowly which means there is no major correction will happened in an instant that is very dangerous to all traders. Usually during this parabolic pump, there will be mo FUD for price pull back any moment. There is always a sign like weakness in buy pressure, decrease of volume and low frequency trading before trend reversal occur.

Base on the current price action of BTC, We will see a new ATH that is far from the previous all time high. I hope that BTC will continue this phase until December.

Yeah, Every Professional trader know this and they are still accumulating on this current price BTC. Bulls seems not showing any weakness on buy pressure. A sudden big pump is the scariest thing to happened on any cryptocurrency because we all know what's gonna happened next. All goes up, goes down. In case of parabolic growth, the correction will be gradual and everyone will have a chance to react once Bull run already over. This time, Bulls are clearly in control so sit back and ride.

Agreed completely that it took longer but we are finally close to our goal or shall I say milestone because goal is "to the moon" ultimately. There were times when I was not able to sleep for almost a week when the price dropped to its absolute bottom in recent years and I was on my knees wondering if I made a mistake by holding for too long, on top the pandemic times made me feel like the end is almost approaching.

I stood strong and somehow weathered the dismal times and now I'm so glad because during those times I could have easily sold for 4-5k but I don't even feel like selling at 20k because we are on the roller coaster now for maybe at least 30k by mid next year.

Understand that my statement about the market not to reach $20K price range very fast was not that I have negative intention about the market but I am saying the things that have always been the situation of the Bitcoin market before new ATH is achieve cause the market price is determine by every single traders decision. Dont take it too negatively because you cant blame out people on to have those kind of perceptions towards crash or price hesitance due to the experience that
we do had in the past where we did really slapped almost into the floor.

20k isnt really that too far off into this current price which is playing around 17800-18000 level which i do saw that this might be taking a while or does
need even more sentiments to push up the price even way more higher.

It took a long time to get here but we are finally nearly there. I have been waiting for bitcoin to reach back to $20k for a long time now, I knew it would happen and I trust that it will happen with another less than $2k increase, but honestly it took too long to get here.

Just think about what bitcoin represents and you will realize that bitcoin should have been over $20k for a long time now, with all the big companies, investors, banks and everyone else realizing the potential of bitcoin this year during the pandemic break and how bitcoin managed to recover faster than anything else and not only recovered but doubled? That was a no-brainer but this was something that was predicted before it happened as well, so people should have reacted quicker before anything happened.

It really took time and actually the price increased of the bitcoin is really fast unlike the other assets wherein they are gaining 100% and up in years but the bitcoin did it in just months. I have bitcoins in my wallet and I'm happy that the price is continuing to increase but I know that I will not hold it forever and I just finding a right opportunity to sell all of it maybe I will sell it if it experience a major breakdown or huge drop. I will never do again what I did in the last bull run where I waste a lot of opportunities.

I think that from now on we will have to wait for the movement to $ 20k which is when everyone will start to wait for the new highs, although it is very likely that it will touch $ 20k and it will continue to rise, because even though the price continues to rise steadily, The volume for it to rise as it was in 2017 has to be much higher, and the corrections have to be quick, this will give way to the new green season of alts. The forum has improved a lot since 2017 days to be honest:) I think the best thing about the past 2 years is that the weak hands have left the game and shaken the trees so hard that the "good" people are here. Not that I disrespect all the speculators and dabblers, everyone is a fair share of the ecosystem, but it's the strength of who left that kept things warm for this coming rally:)

So you are confident that Bitcoin will really make a New ATH this year?

But have not you feeling Bitter for not selling in early march when the price is still $8,000 because week after the market collapse and the price of Bitcoin Drops to $4,000.

This is one of my best decision in Crypto Living because i have converted one of my bitcoin wallet into our Local currency in late February and just let them there for another week because i am not decided which currency to re invest.

But there the pandemic comes and into my surprise that the dump happen in just a day so i have a lots of chances tp buy again in lower cost.

The ATH if we are corresponding to the 2017 means the 20k mark is around 12% of the ATH this time which should be around $100k. Once it take off into $20-30k area, it will start growing and very rapidly.

This is very dangerous and anyone getting in around this time must remember that they may lose 50% or more of their investment very quickly should a dump occur due to the economies getting better because of COVID vaccine or any other reasons.

The one main thing that makes me very optimistic about 20k is the fact that for two times in a row now we have went down and recovered very easily. Think about it, I guess it was around 17k or so levels where we were hanging out trying to go higher, it dropped under 17k and after that it recovered over 17k and even went above 18k as you can see.

Now same thing happened with 18k where price went under 18k and recovered over it as well. So, that tells me next stop could be over 19k very soon, and after that it could drop under 19k and recover over 19k and try to beat 20k this time around. This is obviously a pattern and just because it happened twice doesn't mean it will keep happening all the time neither, but if it does repeat that is the road map we have in front of us.
