Decentralized applications built on the Ethereum blockchain hit a transaction volume of $ 10.17 billion by Q2 2020, according to Dapp.com.

In a new report, Dapp.com says Ethereum leads in terms of transaction volume, outnumbering all other blockchains.

 In Q2, ETH DApp's transaction volume was still leading the way forward, maintaining the size of $ 10 billion - almost 10 times the total of EOS and TRON.

 The remaining smart contract blockchains, including EOS, TRON, Steem, Hive, Chiliz, Terra, ICON, Klaytn, NEO, Tomochain, IOST, and Vexanium, generated a total of $ 2.26 billion in the second quarter of  year.

 The report also found that the number of DApp users active on Ethereum, Tron, and EOS increased significantly in the quarter ending June.

 Ether Ethereum more than doubled (97%) active DApp users in Q2, with a sharp increase from 637,278 in the first quarter to 1,258,527 this quarter, reaching its highest value.  At the same time, the number of DApp users active on EOS and Tron also increased 30% and 50%, reaching 116,389 and 392,657, respectively.

 Although transaction and user volumes increased, there were only 99 new DApps this quarter across all 12 blockchains, representing the lowest number of new DApps launched in three years.

I just see that billion dollars have been getting stuck on the UNI, sushi and any other dapps.
EOS and TRON being used to run the dapps gambling platform and that's why both were having a lot of txs more than ethereum but less money being collateralized in dapps platform.

This number is really big to depict the Ethereum network transactions but still, the price of the ETH has not grown yet. So, this may be the false figure that you have mentioned here. This because now the transaction fees are declining gradually hence it indicates that the transactions are declining.

The price of ETH is about $480 just a day ago. If it bounces up again tomorrow of the next day, it could just cross that $500 already and could be more than $500 before the year end.  I think it's just BTC and ETH that is experiencing the bullrun. More money will come into BTC and ETH people small investors will likely just sell to get BTC and ETH.  $800 is possible actually.

It is inconceivable that ethereum uses a transaction fee of 0, because we know it will not be possible, but this fee issue is likely to be resolved once ETH 2.0 is fully released, so the transaction fees are much lower than currently occurring.

We all expect that to happen, as Ethereum is such a great platform that other platforms are hard to compare, but lately the high gas price has also been a major downside of the platform. This favorite, hopefully ETH 2.0 will fix that

These are the ones we know about and the data that used, there could be a lot of money that wasn't calculated because they are very tiny or dapp.com is not aware of and that means with those tiny ones it could reach as much as 11 billion. We are talking about 11 billion transferred in just one quarter, that is a ton of money for something so new and something so high tech that only a portion of crypto people use and crypto is already something only a portion of people use.

So, it is obvious that crypto world is growing bigger and bigger, just this information is proof enough that people are moving towards crypto in rapid pace and we are going to see trillions of dollars exchange hands everyday in crypto one day, maybe not soon but it will definitely happen.

All thanks to DEFI bull run and the success of some of these new projects on Ethereum, I think Q3 is going to double Q2 because Q3 was the peak of the DEFI bull run. Most of the other blockchains on the list are just zombie blockchain, no one is using them, you need a killer Dapps for people to start talking you serious and I think Solano is one with huge promising IMO

When the price of Ethereum in talk, it was sure the price of Ethereum had started to increase. Because Ethereum will be less volatile compared to bitcoin.Bitcoin price keeps on increasing and decreasing in short period.But it was different in the case of Ethereum and other cryptocurrency. My opinion is 650$ will be Ethereum price before the 2021.

There's nothing we can hope for that the 2.0 will settle things including the high price of the GAS. There were more people that have bought Ethereum in the last couple of days that the miners have doubled profits because of the high GAS. But anyway, Ethereum is inevitably hitting $500 and higher prices soon.

Those money have been getting staked on the defi projects. That means if it's not all of the money were getting locked in ethereum network. These money being used to earn the passive income from the various defi projects.
I do agree if that's a crazy number but it looks like these money have been starting to leave from the defi project because it's not so profitable again.
Those money will be flying to the bitcoin or a new project that can give the same hype like defi.

Personally, of course I feel happy to see all of these statistics but the main problem for me is that even since 2017,,, most of these statistics are derived from speculators and gamblers. Back then it was ICOs and gaming apps. Today, it is all mainly Defi apps. And in principle there is nothing wrong with Defi but the way it is now, we all have to admit, 95% of them are just gambling/speculating.

The real utility is still in Bitcoin:)
