Hey everybody!

Just wanted to let all honest people here know that TrustDice.win is another blatant scam from poor russian people (or ukrainian, or any other post-soviet country). Believe me, I know this kind of people from post-USSR who can't make money in any other way rather than scamming others.

https://imgur.com/a/Ps97kBu

So, the situation is as follows:
1) I registered on that site a few days ago
2) played a little with faucet, exploring the features (I really liked the conception of "mining" and even considered of buying some TXT tokens)
3) I was almost ready to make a deposit, but then I saw that guy in chat who won big and now he was making a lot of tips to users
4) I sent my congratulations and wished a good luck to the guy and also got from him a tip of 0.001 BTC
5) of course I wanted to check how fast withdrawals are, since with that tip I already had a minimal wd amount on my balance
6) after I requested a wd I got the notification that it fall on a manual review and will be processed in 24 hours
7) after 10 min my log-in session was interrupted from their end and when I tried to log-in again I got an error: "Login failed. Your account is at risk. Please contact our support team via the Live Chat."
Cool I wrote to chat and got an answer: "The system detected a duplicate account"

Of course I asked them to double check, since it is 100% bullshit. I am the only one who have access to my PC and I have a dedicated IP from my ISP. I never made any accounts on this "do-not-trustdice" before, so there is absolutely NO WAY that another account can be associated with mine.

I can understand that they don't want to pay for a non-depositor. But we have some problems here:
1) the guy who send me a tip — he won this money from a casino
2) since the casino has this feature of sharing the profits when someone won big
3) then it's 100% legit money and should be paid out without any questions.

Moreover, they did not even said anything about my withdrawal request. They didn't come up with something more clever and original then simple "system detected duplicate account".

Amazing, how stupid and mentally poor casino owners can be. They would have got at least something from me in case they would have processed my wd and let me deposit some crypto after. Also it's strange that seems like there are no other scam accusations regarding this casino yet. Either no one play there or they became scam just now.

it looks like another typical ways to scam players "sorry your account has been banned" i saw a lot of cases like this from before, you should be really careful about the website you're about to play. luckily that amount was not that huge at least be thankful for that, small or big scam is a scam.

Sorry to hear that OP it looks like you can't do anything to claim back your account and your fund. Just like what mindrust said you can create a scam accusation post about them on the scam accusation section in order to spread awareness about what they have done to you and to warn other players too.

I'm curious as to why the guy who won big just gave you a tip of 0.001, that's about $18. Unless that guy is really genuine but there is no way to verify that. OR it could be the staff on the dice site enticing you.

If you just didn't withdraw your 0.001 you would be enticed to play more and probably deposit your coins there.
Its good that you update their ANN thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5126117.260

from what I understand in this casino it has the profit sharing feature and the person gave you 0.001 BTC, so why would you have a problem saying that you have multiple accounts if this feature was created by them? I didn't see TOS on their website, which is very strange because without rules how can they blame someone for cheating?

I'm curious as to why the guy who won big just gave you a tip of 0.001, that's about $18. Unless that guy is really genuine but there is no way to verify that.

I also thought why someone would be so generous as to give $18

As people suggested, it would be helpful if you opened a thread (moved this one to the appropriate section) and also formatted it properly.

Anyway, I have just forwarded this thread to my contact over at Trustdice and they will respond shortly.

Maybe you account has been linked due to that tip given by the winner and trustdice though that the winner is distributing his funds to his accounts since as you said you just registered your account recently.

So maybe explain them about the situation and also as other stated here file a proper scam accusation so that this discussion will be placed on correct board.

Rather than creating new thread on Scam Accusation board, just move this topic to that board.
Lower left.

This is quite similar to my case, but I only created an account for a promotion.
Upon registration, I did not noticed that my first registration was successful, because their system prompt that it was unsuccessful, resulting me to change details, then succeed,
Upon logging in, I'm not eligible for the promotion since the system detected duplicate account, it was accidental and their system's fault.

What I'm trying to say is, maybe you also didn't noticed creating two accounts...

Or maybe they that casino is a scam now.

Hey! Smiley I'm Rus an admin from TrustDice game.

First of all, I think @menacingly is overreacting and insulting other nationalities. As a team member of the TrustDice game, I say: that's very bad to hate other races:
Quote
poor russian people (or ukrainian, or any other post-soviet country

We should respect other people! No matter what their color or place of birth.

Second, usually, newcomers (in casinos) never send tips like 0.001 BTC ($18) to other people. I think you all agree with this statement. So there is a chance that 2 accounts belong to the same player.
@menacingly is claiming he is a newcomer:
Quote
I registered on that site a few days ago

Third, we never require a KYC process, but in this case, I can suggest passing KYC, so we can prove that the person who sends a tip and the person(@menacingly) who received a tip are different people.

Fourth, I really apologize for the all inconvenience me, my team, and our platform have brought to the @menacingly.
@menacingly you can send us an email or reply to info@trustdice.win, so other TrustDice members can pay attention and read your email as well. I'm sure we can provide a solution.

Other people who have paid attention and left comments, good job! Bitcointalk forum has a super great community. *hands shake*

Hey Rus,
Why don't you and other member just reply on here? At least we know whether the problem has been solved or not. No need to make OP waiting longer for his withdrawal which "only" around 0.001+ btc according his story

I think the main reason is that I can't bring the whole of my team to Bitcointalk, but they all can check our email in a few minutes and reply.
And another reason, I don't think any company likes to shows their pants in public.

I'm not trying to defend trustdice but looking at OP's post history, it shows that he experienced other similar case on some other sites.
He was banned on freebitcoin (faucet abuse), banned on casinoroyalebet and bitgame.online for similar reason.
Trustdice has been operation for over a year, I do not think they will bust their own project for 0.001btc.
IMO OP's track record is enough for me to know who are the one who did a mistake in this case.

If this is indeed multi-accounting, the case becomes more complex at a stroke:

Many casinos (also very well known like Sportsbet) explicitly exclude multi-accounting in their terms and conditions. You agree to these terms and conditions as soon as you register on the platform. If you still act against the terms and conditions and create multiple accounts, the probability is high that you will be banned. There are already some scam-accusations in the forum, which turned out to be cases of multi-accounting.

But I agree with you completely: Examinations always take place when you want your money back and not before. The risk is borne solely by the customer, who is then also obliged to prove that he is not running a multi-accounting system.

IMO OP's track record is enough for me to know who are the one who did a mistake in this case.

Totally agreed with you we can't blame the website for that reason which sounds suspicious. I also played on that website in past and got paid without any problem. The amount is pretty low and nobody would like to put his running business for that reason. I think so there is something fishy behind the scene.

I don't like what I'm reading about here either. they are required to come up with a statement and explain things and hopefully they will do that soon and in the forum so we can see what they say I hope it gets resolved for you because this is useless how they manage it now

for me it's pure scam....  multiaccounts are not allowed, but they can't retain coins. Process withdrawal and after that ban the account.

There are a lot of sites which need VPN to be accessed, so it can be 2 people use same VPN and get same IP but that doesnt mean they are multiaccount

I think the main reason is that I can't bring the whole of my team to Bitcointalk, but they all can check our email in a few minutes and reply.
And another reason, I don't think any company likes to shows their pants in public.

Everyone has bad days, even TrustDice Smiley
Personally i doubt too if your site tried to scam OP only for 0.001 btc which is just like dust amount for a casino. Would like to hear update about this problem and hope it resolved soon, so we can trust Trustdice
