[SOLVED] SCAM TrustDice.win // (NOT a scam, all OK now)

I'm not trying to defend trustdice but looking at OP's post history, it shows that he experienced other similar case on some other sites.
He was banned on freebitcoin (faucet abuse), banned on casinoroyalebet and bitgame.online for similar reason.
Trustdice has been operation for over a year, I do not think they will bust their own project for 0.001btc.
IMO OP's track record is enough for me to know who are the one who did a mistake in this case.

Having a similar issues in other gambling sites, is it a coincidence? or op is really something.

Im not taking sides either but we need to verify first if this is true. Thus it would be better for op to open a thread in scam accusation to discuss this issue and spread awareness if ever.

Creating a separate thread for your accusation with evidence like conversation to support and proof of amount that you scam will make this scam accusation against Trustdice strong. It will help us to support a flag if ever your evidence was strong. Posting this kind of accusation is not fitted on gambling section.

Second, usually, newcomers (in casinos) never send tips like 0.001 BTC ($18) to other people. I think you all agree with this statement. So there is a chance that 2 accounts belong to the same player.

Third, we never require a KYC process, but in this case, I can suggest passing KYC, so we can prove that the person who sends a tip and the person(@menacingly) who received a tip are different people.

but the OP didn't send the tip. he was the one who received it from the guy who won. unless the guy who won was also a newcomer but just like you said "usually" so there is still a chance that a newcomer would tip other people if they won.

anyway, I am not picking a side here. I am just asking for my own curiosity and please update us regarding the KYC that you'll request from the OP. but seeing that it was just a small amount I am reluctant to believe that the OP would give his information.

What an interesting discussion from a psychological point of view you have here. someone says that scammers were devs and blocked OP.  Others say that OP himself is not entirely honest and tried to create multiaccounts.
And everyone who reads this topic chooses whom he believes.
But the fact is that despite any discussion and your attitude towards the parties to the dispute, you will never know who is cheating here.
After all, this is a primitive version of what is now called post truth.

But I myself still think that there was no fraudulent intent on the part of the developers.

Now talking about the issue. someone tipped a little amount to others. Then what's the problem actually if someone gives a tip to me/others? the receiver can not withdraw it? then why this feature on the site? And this is only the suspect that those are alt accounts? Or any valid reason behind it?
Again if the tip receiver passes the KYC then how can you understand that those are the same? Does that mean the person who sent the tip also passes the KYC?

This is only 0.001 BTC a very little amount of money basically for a gambling site. And if someone needs to pass a KYC for this little amount then I think people here will start to avoid the site.

I'm sorry to hear about that, Op. I could feel the disappointment and frustration on your end. It's just a good thing that you haven't deposited anything yet.
Did you try to contact their support? What was their response? If you're doubting about TrustDice then just try to look for better and trusted gambling sites. I have never encountered such a problem so far and I hope that yours would be solved too because it really smells fishy.

In your experience, they forfeited your money via duplicate account even if you have no other account because you were awarded a free 0.001BTC
from other player who win a good amount of money. I guess they are very poor scammers because your withdrawal is not that big which is 18$ only base
on the current exchange. You are still lucky that you didn't loss any of your own money because it will surely hurt a little if you lost some of your

Just wanted to let all honest people here know that TrustDice.win is another blatant scam from poor russian people (or ukrainian, or any other post-soviet country). Believe me, I know this kind of people from post-USSR who can't make money in any other way rather than scamming others.

So, the situation is as follows:

3) I was almost ready to make a deposit, but then I saw that guy in chat who won big and now he was making a lot of tips to users
4) I sent my congratulations and wished a good luck to the guy and also got from him a tip of 0.001 BTC
5) of course I wanted to check how fast withdrawals are, since with that tip I already had a minimal wd amount on my balance
6) after I requested a wd I got the notification that it fall on a manual review and will be processed in 24 hours
7) after 10 min my log-in session was interrupted from their end and when I tried to log-in again I got an error: "Login failed. Your account is at risk. Please contact our support team via the Live Chat."
I wrote to chat and got an answer: "The system detected a duplicate account"

This is getting more and more common, many casinos are allowing you to make deposits and play as much as you want but once you decide to make a withdrawal regardless of the amount you want to withdraw and regardless of the amount that you have gambled on their casino they are going to ask for a manual review and they will ask for your personal details and they will try to force you to go through their know your customer policies.

And it is obvious they are doing this in order to avoid to pay out, so be glad that you discovered this before you made any deposit in that casino and I'm sure that such casino is not going to remain in business for long if they keep doing this as they will gain a bad reputation.

i believe their practice of telling the player that they have duplicate acct is somewhat happening to others also. upon checking in trustpilot, there are several players complaining about the same case. but their reason was the player was having multi-accounts. of course, if you are the player, you know their reason is bs as you know exactly who is using your computer and if you do really are making multi-accounts. so if you are not guilty of creating multi-accounts, then it is very clear that the site just dont want to play the players. so stay away from this casino. there are better ones here in the forum that you will never encounter such prob

First of all, I want to apologize for my comment about Russian people. Actually, I didn't mean exact nationality, but rather all countries from post USSR. From my life experience mostly poor people live there (kindly look on this chart https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(nominal)_per_capita and this one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_wealth_per_adult). AFAIK these people usually rude and not respect others (even their own folks); I guess there are historical and cultural reasons for this. Very often these people are ready to commit a crime or scam someone just to get some money.

But still I want to apologize, because that comment was way too generalized and kinda offensive. I am sorry. Now that I think of it, I do know some kind people who was originated from USSR. Anyway, personally, I think that all people are equal in rights and should respect each other regardless any criteria.

Don't agree. First of all, don't answer for others. This guy who tipped me wrote that he won $5000 from $8, so I guess he wanted to share and give others a chance to win something from a tip. Seems quite logical to me, since I also give tips when I win a lot. So, that guy had his reasons for sure. maybe he made a typo and wanted to send only 10k sats but sent 100k instead. But he didn't ask me to send anything back (which I would do of course if he asked me), moreover he wished me luck and then went offline. I also saw big tips from this guy to other players and one of them was 0.01 BTC if I am not mistaken.

Second of all, I have no idea if he is a "newcomer" or not. But there is absolutely no relation between size of a tip one could send in chat with the date he registered on. These two moments just not related in any way. I saw players who wagered 100+ BTC in a few hours after registration. Do you think they could afford to send huge tips? I bet yes.

So there is a chance that 2 accounts belong to the same player.

A logical mistake here again. Even if there were a few accounts that belongs to one person, who won his money in a fair play — why would he send tips to his/her other accounts? Makes no sense.
But let's assume he/she really did so: sent tips to his/her other accounts. What would be the problem in this case? Except of the fact that he/she created multiple accounts, which is prohibited by your TOS, the money he/she won on main account are still his/her fair winnings, so why would you block it all of a sudden?
Would you return the money he/she lost on multiple accounts (even if deposit has been made on all of them)? I bet no.

So all this complexity makes no sense in my case and looks like you're just trying to confuse everything here. KYC for withdrawal of 0.001 BTC, from which 50% is a mining fee? Are you serious? Are you also going to ask that player who gave me a tip to pass KYC too because you want to be sure that he is not the guy who received the tip (because it's such a sin to send tips to yourself)?

this is a clear scam. i dont even want to go into explanation. any site that bans you for multiple account is a scam site. if they want to ban , they should do it before the persons deposits or withdraws. i bet you if you depo 1btc and loose they wont ban your ccount they will expect you to depo more and loose more. win and they will come up with that trash

How can you so blindly blame a site?
It might be mentioned in their ToS that multi account is not allowed. Moreover the OP might have forgotten that he already registered in the site and still Registered with a new account.
And from my personal experience i have also come across many sites where they don't allow users to make a withdraw, until and unless they make a deposit. This is done in order to prevent Faucet farming from the site.
So let's wait and here for the final decisions from both the end.
Atleast we can wait for the officials to respond and clear the issue.

I think the main reason is that I can't bring the whole of my team to Bitcointalk, but they all can check our email in a few minutes and reply.

For example, senior developers' average salary: $110,000/yr per developer. I even don't speak about Marketing. Do you know that the Gambling Field is one of the competitive field in the World. My issue with TrustDice.win has been resolved: they actually doubled my initial balance (made it 0.002 instead of 0.001) and I successfully withdraw it.

I guess sometimes all systems run on errors. It is amazing that TrustDice had the courage to admit it and eventually resolve the problem (moreover with a bonus as a compensation).
