There is but it would surely come at a cost, either they'll request you do some KYC verification or you forget the funds. Exchange like HiBTC aren't supposed to be operating in the industry. Their lack of professionalism is irritating, they charge outrageous amount of fees and their security system is at its lowest possible form. I once had an account with them but stop patronizing them after I noticed how unprofessional their service are.

I get email alerts almost weekly of my account getting access but that wasn't me logging in since I haven't done that in a very long time. On one occasion I did login and confirm the IP wyere I was logged in from wasn't even from my region but gat of Asia. HiBTC are known for freezing their customers account without any reasonable reasons, the exchange is a no go to platform if you want to enjoy the industry.

OP what makes you afraid of complying simple rules by providing KYC ? Are you a public entity or has some serious records on your country thats why you are afraid? KYC is mandatory now in most exchanges because of money laundering if you understand this then send KYC and comply with all the rules if not let Hitbtc take your funds forever.      

But, there are still good exchanges that makes KYC not that mandatory, this is common for HitBTC to be freezing account and demanding for KYC, I have preferred binance to HitBTC in this regard, it is clearly stated the amount you can have on binance without no kyc required. There are many reasons people do not like KYC, because hackers are very dangerous and any data beaches could lead to impersonation attack.

Yeah, Binance has a certain limit beyond which you have to provide KYC so it makes easy for the user to understand their limits and play within that if they do not want to provide their KYC.

I have used HitBTC in past and glad that I stopped using them because although I am not shy of providing my documents but these websites might misplace/,misuse them and cause serious troubles to me later on so I avoid giving my KYC unless that is the last option and the platform is trusted like Binance.

Hope they solve the problem and honestly KYC is not a big problem as some guys even provide KYC on your behalf and verify everything for some commission maybe, I don't know exactly the charges nor I am recommending this route but this is certainly being used by many traders.

In this case, I felt when using the HitBtc exchange some time ago when there was a problem about funds, the service was very slow, it didn't respond quickly and there was also no professionalism I think you are right too HitBTC, many cases have happened so after all they know me never use it again.

I don't know why even though I have activated 2fa but still receive emails from HitBtc who log in using a certain IP so I think this is a problem even though I didn't do anything with that IP but yes it's very bad service after asking this all they said no what are the obstacles, it is clear that HitBtc is not the recommended exchange for me, it is still too risky.

does your withdrawal amount is beyond the rule that Kyc is not needed? Maybe it is the reason or try to chat their tg if they have it, i don't know that there will be some kind of this problem, all I know issues before are their withdraw shows succeeded but they didn't receive anything, or vice versa they will deposit but it will not reflect in their wallet. so whenever I will use hitbtc I will make sure that I will get every transaction that I will transfer so I will make it in 2 transfer or 3.

my funds are below daily limit (0.2 btc) and i no longer want to continue with HitBTC.

they give me little hope on telegram group, i hope to get positive results.

i don't advice you to trust them enough, my problem not solved yet, i just got little hope from telegram reply.

i'm old HitBTC user too, i see my deposit address has total 7 btc received (old deposits). but my funds locked when i try to use it again recently.

That's really advisable but my account with hitbtc does not have a KYC and yet I never experience this kind of problem.
Also, I never used a telegram to contact them, the support in the site is working fine with me.

That's really advisable but my account with hitbtc does not have a KYC and yet I never experience this kind of problem.
Also, I never used a telegram to contact them, the support in the site is working fine with me.

Is it true that there are absolutely no obstacles when using HitBTC?

I experienced this almost 2x but I am afraid it will happen again and until now I don't use HitBTC anymore, but what I am most afraid of is that I often receive notifications from emails about logins from outside IPs so that is a big problem, possibly if there are assets in inside will be lost.

It's caused by the team wanna let more money enter the exchange site but the team didn't wanna see more and more money was going out from the hitbtc too.
that's why the deposit and trade are not yet disabled. Why don't you just join in the telegram group? You can talk with the admin anytime as hitbtc admin was actively managing the group too.
It looks like you have no choice to did KYC verif.

I'd find myself not comfortable getting back to the old account that I've never used for several years. That change makes me a reason not to trust HitBTC. They are good before and have no problem but this complaint warns us.

Only I wonder is that why they just allow making a deposit if they no longer allow us to withdraw. Because if that they supposed to ask for verification, they should also have to stop any transactions. That kind of trap makes something to think that they're gonna hiding something not good.

I am old user of hitbtc. When i use hitbtc they have no require for. Withdrawal. But suddenly they made rules for withdrawal need kyc required. Many people don't about it. I know they will not accept all verification request. So people lost his money?

When you check Reddit there are ton of withdrawal issues and they are hiding it behind "security measures" as well. However it looks like they are actually giving people their money as well after a while. It looks like they have unheard of security measures that locks people money up way too frequently and when you fill out the forms and contact support and do KYC nad basically all that three takes days and maybe over a week, you end up with your money back.

However it shouldn't be this difficult, the money is yours, you deposited fairly easily and nobody asked you anything when you are depositing, why make it this hard when withdrawing? I get that you want to make it more secure, but could anyone tell me Binance is weak? I mean they make it quite easy to withdraw and I have never faced any problems there neither.

It isn't a good exchange although I hope he gets his funds back especially if he does compete their KYC verification as that obviously has to be the reason behind the errors he's experiencing. HiBTC are out the conversation when trust worthy exchange are been debated on. The exchange is losing volume daily as their customers are moving over to other exchanges.

There's no impossibility as you claim, they're scammers and shouldn't be recommended to be used for trading especially newbies. I doubt all the accusations surfacing of them disallowing access to funds are all false, sure there would be few bad eggs wanting to spoil the reputation for the exchange but the fact is HiBTC isn't the be trusted.

They dont usually respond on someones issues and it had been tainted out into their reputation that they arent really that trustworthy.
There are lots of exchangers out there which is way more better than on this one but still there are people who do get lost track and ending up
on using these exchangers - not completely a scam but when it comes to severity of the  issues and complaints then this one really had that.
So it isnt really that recommended and for the part of op since he had ask to comply something then he should really follow it up
so those funds would be released.

It was shown already that HitBTC gives some advice and a way to solve the problem. I see this as a winning solution and that seems possible if we actually talk to them in regards to any problems that we encounter.

This exchange has been so long giving services to the community, they have that reputation already, and I know that they would retain such a thing forever unless if they want to change it and be like those scamming sites. But I see this is not their intent and probably don't have a plan to do it so this issue will be resolve sooner/later.
