 beware of these company,
i have paid for 11 bitmain antiminer z15 on 6 novmber, i was following up regarding the shipping until 12 November, they provide a tracking number only without shipping item, i asked the when you are going to send my item as usual you get one answer DHL is busy to collect the item?

i have call hong kong DHL by phone why you didnot pickup this shipment "the said because seller only create tracking and didnot arrange to pickup the item and we dont know if he are going to send item or not"?

realy i am very tired to follow with those people and egnoring, even when they replay, they dont answering your questions, they just saying, tomorrow, dont worry, DHL is busy, we will check,

The problem is those unit is for a customers and the order it because it was the most profitable device. now with nicehash halving yasterday they become less profitable with half.

5 of customer  cancel order because of delayed, and others just yasterday cancel it also.

where i am going to resell those item??

 I have asked them to cancel the order and returned my bitcoine,

he just send me a screenshot  of chat with local shipping agent as he said "?

anyway today am going to make a complain with trade section at embassy and let them deal with those people.

As mentioned to you via email the units have been in a queue for collection to be put on the next available flight to yourself.
Your units were processed a few days after payment was received and as you can see from the tracking number provided that all the parcels have been booked and paid for with DHL Express:6437536674.

We are only provided tracking from DHL once the order has been booked, so to say that we have "scammed" you is completely false.

We are are doing our best to push DHL everyday and have provided you with screenshots with our communications with our shipping agent to show that we are chasing this up for you and we have been told that the units will be on there way shortly.

In regards to profitability of the machines this is something that is out of our control and should be considered before placing the order.

I do apologise for the delay and i have sent you an email to discuss this further, i have also provided you with a total coupon amount totalling £1100GBP for the downtime caused by the delay from DHL.

he is keepn say he is pushing DHL to pickup the shipment. Do anyone believe that DHL  will delayed from 12 november to 19 november without take any action. dont run away i have been told many times after i called DHL HONK KONG and BAHRAIN the answers the same 'the seller didnot schedule for pickup the item' in the system?
 how do you want dhl to come to you and didnot made schdule???
buy the way, you have just enter the information about the packge in DHL  and thats its free dont say its pid.

secound, because you said its three day shipping now its 14 days and you still you didnot ship item.

third as it my customer was expcted to receive the iteme within three days they made the order, and because of you 14 days still not shipping they canceled the order. this all because of you so dont tell me something lap lap.

before three days you have said shipping will be within two days, again now we are on forth days and you didnot ship the item.  and always saying i am pushing fucking DHL iam iam iam??? is that reasonable you keep DHL DHL DHL
 
what do i do with coupon? dont you want to buy from your store to use coupon and then be scammed again.

if this is not scammed what do you call it.
