Uniswap and Chainlink are the best followed by Yearn Finance, many DeFi projects are copying this DeFi projects on my list today and sti many investors are investing money on them, the end will be so brutal for many DeFi projects, why some are still profitable today is because of btc bullrun

Uniswap will probably be the best defi project in the year. It has already gathered so much attention already in 2020 and it looks like it is going to be "the" decentralized exchange in crypto world, it is going to have a great governance token that allows people to vote on stuff like getting paid as well, so I assume it could actually become bigger and bigger.

Of course I can't guarantee anything but it looks like it is doing pretty fine for itself right now and I feel like it is going to do a bit better in the 2021 as well, the future is filled with potential for them and they are really doing nothing short of amazing work. I can't say when it will happen exactly but it is on the right path. Uniswap should just focus on development and rest will come.

Actually, most of the new DeFi projects offer almost the same service as staking, farming, liquidity pool, etc. There is nothing unique about those projects and they didn't offer any real use case. But Some DeFi project like DIA, Chainlink, AAVE, OCEAN has some real use case. The value of these token will raise slowly. But in my opinion the YFI price was the most shocking one.

in my opinion, don't invest in those that have followed the Hype, such as YFI, Link or Uni,
buy Defi tokens that haven't gone up and have potential, you can choose a few there,
there are THOU and MOON, both are good projects that offer more APY.

But if I recommend one, it's UNI ...

UNI is amazing coin because of its volume in decentralized exchange. many people are afraid to store there funds in centralised exchange due to the recents hacks like kucoin okex. and its gives more advantages like decentralised exchange. so future is bright of UNI coin.

I cannot choose just one project, because I have invested in several interesting DeFi projects and I think that they will bring me a good income, and from my list the most interesting defi projects are dego, yland, link, primedao, poolz and yieldbank finance. I think these projects will show themselves in 2021, thats why 2021 must be very good for DeFi projects.

Just like trading in stocks, it's usually best to choose the best in class in each sector of your holdings.  Think of Uniswap (UNI) as the "AMZN" of the space.  Check out ETH Gas station, which gives an insight to where the users are.  https://ethgasstation.info/

Uniswap is always #1.  Chainlink (LINK) is #7.  YFI isn't even on the map. 

With Uniswap V3 coming out in 2021, there is no reason to overthink this guys.  If you're looking for a Defi play, go with best of breed.

I think these coins such as UNI, LINK, and YFI will remain the best DeFi project in 2021 because they are all promising and well-developed projects that has active team members, so they could satisfy their investors. So I positively think that they could maintain the hype of DeFi projects until next year of 2021.

For the year 2021, the best Defi project is Yearn. finance(YFI) which is already boomed this year. But, still, it has the potential to grow further and may reach the price level of $2,00,000. This is possible if the Bitcoin price grows to the level of $50,000.

I also like this coin, despite the fact that a lot of negative events are happening around it. But I am not interested in the technical side of the project, but in the high volatility of YFI, since I am a trader, not an investor. Uniswap also has very good prospects for development with its UNI coin.

It is very risky to predict right now. Because now the bitcoin market is dominating, so the rest of the altcoin is not able to perform better. It is difficult to say now whether there will be DeFi hype in the market till next year. Because every time different hype is created in the market.

Since there is still a lot of time for change in the market, we can hope that the coins you give will give good results to investors.

There are two niche in DEFI that I feel is underappreciated for now, the Oracle and the Insurance space, I think one project from one of these niche is going to be the YFI of this year, I believe people need to start positioning themselves well for the next mega bull rally

Your point is right there are not many projects of optimum quality in defi sector that we can look upon for major success in 2021. Yes there are already successful and established projects like uniswap, aave, compound, yearn, synthetix etc but we need more projects more products and more services in defi sector to really move towards mass adoption.

many airdrops like uni and their names are almost the same, only 1-2 letters different, and most can only last a few days, and the future of uniswap may be lonely, like market dex in the past, if the defi hype has waned, like forkdelta and market dex others, but I'm sure the defi hype will be long, because now there are still many successful new defi projects

Predictions are made not for you to believe, but predictions are made to be a reference for you to make decisions, like investing in a DeFi project you can look for other people's predictions about the DeFi project and after that make a decision by looking at lots of references to other people's predictions.

I guess the best one for 2021 will probably happen in 2021 as well. Most coins have a best moment during their start and not later in their stages which means something that will start in 2021 will have a huge peak. Just look at uniswap, it had a 8+ dollar peak and it was right after it was published, and that was with giving away thousands of dollars worth of it to people because it was just a good one. Something like that will probably happen to a project that will be brand new in 2021 as well.

This is not a guarantee because something that already exists today could increase a lot in 2021 as well but it is rare when something like that happens however it is not rare when a coin that new will worth a lot on early published days so I think try to follow up coins.
