No yobit representative would be willing to answer your concern. Because even in their own exchange platform, they don't cater queries immediately.
Nope, their customer service is notorious for being shitty--or nonexistent. And as far as trying to get help from Yobit by creating a thread on bitcointalk, forget about it. I'm pretty sure they've abandoned this forum entirely after their last signature campaign debacle.
Yeah, since they've launched their own forum too. I don't think that they'll even be willing to get back here and answer some problems that their users complain.
What freeze button are you guys talking about? I just logged in to Yobit and I don't see a button like that anywhere.
Well, you can see it in the settings. "Freeze withdrawal from my account (I suspect hacking)"
OP, good luck with your problem. I hope the support will help you to fix it. I tried to contact their support recently, and the reply of the support answered my ticket is not helpful to my problem.
Thanks for that image. Now that answers my question why there has to be a freeze feature for each account. I think that doesn't make sense, if a user has found out that he's been hacked and no funds left anymore that button won't help unless the hacker will left some important coins on the balance which is likely.
As mention about the support, it's almost impossible that he'll get a notice and solution through the forum.
