Another trust abusing by efialtis

What do people think? Is this a neg-trust deserving behavior? I think it is. If the DT people advise me otherwise, I would gladly remove my feedback or make it neutral.

I would still just distrust in this kind of cases and perhaps would leave a neutral feedback stating that "the user kind of asking me not to distrust him and making a big issue about it".
