The richest people in the world are commonly those who have their big business for not only ten years, but for tens of years, maybe even hundreds because the wealth may also be part of his inheritance. We can see wealth rankings on the net for those most richest people in the world but you wouldnt know that there are people who are just more richer than you but do decide to keep quiet
and doesnt boast out on how much money they had owned but for sure they will surpass to those people on current rankings.
Asking if bitcoin would able to do so? It will involved multi millions or billions but only mentioning to those top or richest bitcoin wallet addresses excluding to those which are

They are rich already before Bitcoin exist. If they will hear about Bitcoin, possibly they will just ignore it because they are also much preferred to Fiat money.
If you are a clueless person, no knowledge about trading, and investment, Bitcoin isn't able to make you rich either. But those who are already engaged in some business, run for many years, might consider Bitcoin as a long-term investment but not a thing also that could make them richer than before. Right now we're far in terms of marketcap compared to lot many large companies. Satoshi is the only person who has got the opportunity to be the richest of the world through bitcoin. On the other side Satoshi is not gonna reveal it, and this isn't gonna happen. He believes revealing himself to the community could affect the market.

We also need to think of the large scale price fluctuation which easily makes a person to the top and could get him back to the bottom list in no time. This too is stated as a reason why large scale corporate networks avoid holding their reserve in terms of bitcoin.

Yes,Bitcoin can make someone the richest man in the world,but why should we care about this?
Bitcoin is supposed to make the community of Bitcoin users and investors rich,not just a single man.
I don't think that someone is going to dethrone Jeff Bezos from his top 1 position.
Satoshi Nakamoto(if he is still alive) has the biggest chance to become the richest man in the world,but the BTC price will have to reach at least 200K USD,which is highly unlikely to happen.

It is not about bitcoin to let holders be the richest in the world, it is about bitcoin appreciating in value and making holders getting richer, what fiat can not do. I've found interesting fact about bitcoin millionares who owns millions of it, probably enjoying the fruit of profits by now because he got that bitcoins early years;
 
 

 As per data from BitInfoCharts, there are currently 25,031 Bitcoin addresses with a balance of $1 million or above.

 And we can't say if one person owned multiple btc addresses from that data but the fact that they are btc millionaires is an eye opener that btc can definitely make you rich or even the richest.

If he can have 1k of bitcoin, and the bitcoin price can increase high more than $20k, then yes, he can become the richest person in his city or the world. But that is if he sells his bitcoin at a high price. If he doesn't sell his bitcoin at a high price, he will not become the richest person because he still holds bitcoin. We use fiat to buy something, and bitcoin can help us to have more money from holding it. If you can make more bitcoin and hold it for some time, you can become rich if you sell bitcoin at the highest price.

This makes no sense. It is not like that person became the richest by holding fiat currency. He become rich by investing in probably different stocks or business. Its the same way he can become rich by investing in bitcoin. If someone keeps on investing in bitcoin, does not fall for stupid scams and keeps holding until his profit goals are reached, then yeah he will be able to make profit and become rich.
But don't think it is going to be really easy. If you make mistakes, you might become the poorest person in the world. So like all other investment, invest only what you can afford to lose.
