Cryptocurrency is a new thing and bitcoin is still not recognized in many countries so that holders with lots of assets find it difficult to enter the list of the world's richest people.  if cryptocurrencies are adopted and recognized globally then we will see millions of newly rich people from crypto enter the list of the richest people in the world, i'm pretty sure it will happen in the next few years.

There are many other ways to be rich aside from bitcoin. While it is possible to become rich because of cryptocurrencies, you should know that there are many other people who are also aspiring to be wealthy with it. Hence, it's still better to diversify if you'll ask me. Many other sources of income is great if you really want to be on the list of top richest people in the world. Diversified fund allocation is a must. Different investment vehicles are of important to generate more money.

Also, please be reminded that bitcoin isn't a get-rich-quick type of scheme. It is volatile and you should know that its price value depends on what season the market is currently at. For someone to become the richest man in the world, first, he must have a lot of bitcoin to begin with. You are right, every business you can start with fiat even if you want bitcoin you need fiat or any other currency, in 2011 i don't know about Crypto currency but i always interested in new technologies so my friend given me 100 BTC in just 250$ and written in paper the wallet id's and ask me to safe it, in 2013 again he told me return it to me and i will pay you 500$ i said Ok and i am very happy that time but know i think why i sell.

if you are one of the johnny-come-lately but still have the billions to invest in crypto, you still could be rich but perhaps not the richest through Bitcoin. there is a way like having your own crypto exchange and make it popular than binance, then it's possible to accumulate BTC through your exchange. this method will probably make you spend millions too and getting homeless might be the result if you can't make it popular than binance.

why not just limit your expectation like, you get richer than what you are once you invest in BTC. it's more attainable.

Unless you were one of the believers since 2011 or below, there's less probability that you will be rich only by investing in BTC. In the other hand, if you were one of believer then possibly it could make you rich. Think if you invest a thousand dollars back then, it could give you millions right. You might not be the richest but you will be there. Furthermore, it will take a lot of work to be the richest man in the world. Knowledge, experience and things like perseverance will lead to total financial freedom but only holding a BTC right now will not make you the richest.

I think this one is easy to be answered: If ever anyone becomes the richest person in the world with Bitcoin, it is probably Satoshi Nakamoto. I don't think there is a person or institution owning more than a million Bitcoin. In theory it could be possible though. If someone is a billionaire and slowly buying when Bitcoin was worth Cents, who knows. It is not entirely impossible. I am not exactly sure, but when Bitcoin was first traded on the very first exchanges I believe in 2010, it was traded for prices like $0.03. But that's is what I am trying to say, wouldn't that person be totally crazy when Bitcoin hit $1,000 to not sell? That is like 3,333 x, how can you even hold further?
