and Christians I'm finding it so difficult to understand this passage of the Bible and who are these
gods?do anybody get any ideal of what the psalm was really talking about in this passage? according to;

Psalm 82:1

You don't have to think of it that much. 'gods' has been mentioned in the bible many times and it pertains to the a deity which is also worshiped wrongly by the people. Because they believe that it is the God who's powerful which is only One.

If it's biblical reference, there were gods that were named and a few of it is Baal and Beelzebub. A living person also can be a 'god' in his own belief which is actually happening in different parts of the world.

That's at least on my understanding, there can be a better explanation for that part.

You simply need to drop your eyes down a few verses. Psalm 82:6,7:
“I said, ‘You are “gods”;
you are all sons of the Most High.’
But you will die like mere mortals;
you will fall like every other ruler.”

Jesus confirmed it John 10:34-38:
34Jesus answered them, “Is it not written in your Law, ‘I have said you are “gods” ’ ? 35If he called them ‘gods,’ to whom the word of God came—and Scripture cannot be set aside— 36what about the one whom the Father set apart as his very own and sent into the world? Why then do you accuse me of blasphemy because I said, ‘I am God’s Son’? 37Do not believe me unless I do the works of my Father. 38But if I do them, even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father.”

Is it not easy to see who the "gods" are?

In religion, there is the holy book and the interpretation/commentary of it.

Quote
He judgeth among the gods — Accurately observeth all their conduct, and passes sentence upon them accordingly. By gods or, the mighty, he understands kings, or other chief rulers, judges, and magistrates, called gods below, Psalm 82:6; Exodus 12:12; Exodus 22:28. compared with Psalm 138:1, and John 10:35. They are called gods, because they have their power and commission from God, and act as his deputies, in his name and stead, and must give an account to him of their conduct in their high office and station.
From Benson Commentaries.

Jesus didn't say your quoted passage. But in the passage that he DID say, when referring to your quoted passage, he included the words "to whom the word of God comes," meaning believers in God, even though they are sinful.
