Im not afraid on covid19 because im a healthy person(prove me wrong)
People having the disease could possibly have medical conditions knowingly or unknownly to them, medical conditions like:

1. Coronary artery disease (CAD) also called myocardial infection, necrosis of the heart cells resulted as a result of blood cloths in heart arteries that led to embolism and throbolism, the embolism is caused by arteriosclerotic plague.
2. Asthma
3. Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
4. Hypertension or increase in blood blood pressure
5. Peripheral artery disease
6. Obesity
7. Pneumonia

According to the epidemiological study, out of 100% people that were infected, 80% showed mild or no symptoms at all, roughly 15%-20% with pneumonia, 4% with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and/or shock, and 1% people that died.

With what I commented above, it is clear that most people that healed from the disease have good health conditions but few people with the conditions mentioned above or related ones likely died.

The best ways to deal with covid 19 is to:
1. Exercise daily, and this can also help reduce obesity
2. Eating healthy foods, especially fruits
3. Minimising stress
4. Not smoking
5. Having good sleep
6. Not drinking too much alcohol (low long term consumption or high short term consumption)
7. This is very important too, to have medical conditions under control.

As well can see, if all these listed above are practiced, they will all improve our immunity, and protect our body from mircoorganisms invasion to a great extent and also defending our body against any invasion and disease.

And do not forget to take multivitamins and always use face mask and senitizers.

Well indeed this is what the medical world says but it is better even if we are healthy still doing the right thing and that is keeping distance always.
wearing Mask and sanitizing from time to time.

And when we come home, always treat your self that carrier so safety measure will always be applied because this enemy is ghost .

you don't have to worry about Covid-19. worrying too much can make your body immune system reduced. But remember, you must keep following the rules. regardless if the virus is real or no Tongue

Not every healthy person live longer as well so we don't need to make people to believe about their life expectancy, when their time comes they are going to leave this world. But no need to discuss about covid 19 anymore because we already faced the crisis and now have the mental strength to face even if we are infected.

Strengthening our immune system is the first thing that we have to do to fight against the infection.

When I've realized that there are a lot of recoveries, it is one reason why they've recovered well. Their bodies has a strong immunte system. And the time has come, the vaccine will be delivered for each country but of course, the priority is on its mother country where it has been developed.

This is true as I know one of the friend's relative who was healthy and was in mid-40's got corona and resulted finally in the death. He did not had any such other medical problems that could have lead to his death, but could not fight with the corona virus and sad to hear such cases as well.

I think what you are saying is already a known fact and we dont need to be so concerned with young healthy people dying from COVID-19.

I really wonder about 6) obesity because my doctor never told me I am risk of dying (note i am overweight.)

healthy people with no underlying conditions do die from covid.
its about viral load.
if your gathering near a sick person for long periods to inhale large amounts of the virus. more then even a healthy persons immune system can battle. you will die from it.

but the other thing is the long covid. where people dont get to 100% normal again after a few days but stuck with an illness for months.

anyway
many healthy/fit doctors and nurses have died and many more have got long covid purely because of viral load.

the UK done a study earlier in the year
heres the summary
Of the 33,841 deaths that occurred in March and April 2020 involving COVID-19 in England and Wales, 30,577 (90.4%) had at least one pre-existing condition, while 3,264 (9.6%) had none.

9.6%
ill emphasise this 9.6% had no underlying condition

yep 3k died thinking that covid cant hurt them because they have no conditions.
3k out of 33k

the number is not 0%. its 9%
just take a few moments to realise this fact and realise the risk is not zero

I really wonder about 6) obesity because my doctor never told me I am risk of dying (note i am overweight.)

this is about many factors associated with obesity
how well oxygen can get around your body.
EG
if your so obese that just getting out of bed you breathless.. you are gonna have it severe 10/10
if you walk around ur house fine but walking around your park is a strain 9/10
if you get breathless jogging and it takes more then 10mins to catch your breath 8/10
risk number goes down the less trouble you have

as for oxygenation when sat down
if your extremities(hands and feet) go numb/pins and needles/cramps from just not moving. 10/10
if your limbs go numb/cramps from prolonged crossing legs/arms 8/10
if you get numbness/cramps from exercise. 8/10

..
basically if just overweight but never really get breathless in your day to day the risk is far far lower then someone that cant even put their socks on without getting exhausted.

there are other factors at play like how well your body can function generally. like metabolising energy.
so if you get tired doing small tasks thats a risk. but if you can walk to work, do work, come home. less risk
if you bruise easily or things dont heal fast. thats a risk as its a sign your body doesnt create cells/repair fast
if you dont urinate/bowel movement regularly thats a risk as its a sign your organs are not 100%

its never a true/false/yes no binary option. its a factor of a number of risk amounts that can add up

obesity is not just extra weight. its extra weight for your heart and lungs to handle. its also the strain on your organs. its also the bad diet for your organs. and also the extra body mass that requires more energy/oxygen just to continue existing

I DO NOT TRADE OR ACT AS ESCROW ON THIS FORUM EVER.

Life can change in matter of minutes so we don't have to expect our life time be to in 80s, but better life style like proper diet with regular workout can give the chance to live longer but it is not going to help with unexpected things.

And do not forget to take multivitamins and always use face mask and senitizers.

We need to be healthy by consuming healthy food while using face masks and sanitizers when we are in a public area. We don't know where the virus comes, and if we can protect ourselves by using that, I think we can reduce the chance of getting an infection. But even if we use that thing, we still need to have distance in public and always remember to be careful.

healthy people with no underlying conditions do die from covid.
its about viral load.
if your gathering near a sick person for long periods to inhale large amounts of the virus. more then even a healthy persons immune system can battle. you will die from it.

No.

I know of some cases of people who have been quarantined and locked up at home with a COVID positive person and have not even caught the virus.

The last one was my cousin, who I saw on Saturday. He caught the virus and had symptoms, but neither the wife nor the three children caught it. When he tested positive for COVID, he was locked in a room, but before that he spent a couple of days sharing the same space with them, kissing and hugging them and they didn't even test positive.

The same happened to a co-worker.

the UK done a study earlier in the year
heres the summary
Of the 33,841 deaths that occurred in March and April 2020 involving COVID-19 in England and Wales, 30,577 (90.4%) had at least one pre-existing condition, while 3,264 (9.6%) had none.

9.6%
ill emphasise this 9.6% had no underlying condition

yep 3k died thinking that covid cant hurt them because they have no conditions.
3k out of 33k

the number is not 0%. its 9%
just take a few moments to realise this fact and realise the risk is not zero

Yeah, well, I agree that the risk is not zero but I don't think it is much higher than with the flu.

I knew a guy who got the flu about 5 years ago. Mid-thirties, aparently healthy, got pneumonia, didn't respond to medication and died.

Apart from that, what were the ages of those 9.6%? I bet all of them weren't healthy 20-year-olds.

I tend to believe that among all those 9.6% some of them were older than 60, some of them had an undetected underlying condition and, yes, some of them were young and healthy and just won the (wrong) lottery but I'm not going to get scared by that 9% figure when I know that the death rate for those younger than 60 is below 1%.

I think what you are saying is already a known fact and we dont need to be so concerned with young healthy people dying from COVID-19.

I really wonder about 6) obesity because my doctor never told me I am risk of dying (note i am overweight.)
I'm overweight as well.

But in the news, they've said that there's more risk for people like us. Not just for containment and infection for the covid19 but as well as for the other diseases that we're prone with.

In the absence of a vaccine to control the virus vigilance and distance can reduce the virus's control many people die of pneumonia, the rate of infection is higher in children and the elderly they have low immunity which makes them sick very early. Healthy people die of covid-19 but the number of infections is low due to their high alertness and immunity healthy people always follow all the rules to stay healthy in addition to eating extraneous foods they also maintain a distance to avoid the effects of the virus.

It is best not to work too hard as it can put stress on your immune system and weaken it. Just do moderate exercise. As for the rest, it would be good also to get some sun but I understand it is difficult as Winter is coming in the Northern Hemisphere.

Ofcourse. When you are working hard and start feeling tired(which is likely sign your body could have problem if you continue working hard or don't slow down) the best thing to do is to rest/slow-down. You probably don't need to rest if you don't get the warning signs unless maybe you have some kind of disorder that affect the signs.
