Need some help on posting about Hitbtc exchange.

I am interested in posting about Hitbtc.

Could I get some help on posting location on the forum.  Is this correct board to post on?

I think the best board for making the post is exchanges board, unless it's an issue about an altcoin on the exchange.

Exchanges (child board of Service Discussion) - "Discussion about specific exchanges, Bitcoin ATMs, and Bitcoin debit cards. ". Emphasis on Bitcoin - discussions about altcoin issues on exchanges don't belong here.

In the case you are going to post about an altcoin's issue on the exchange, in my opinion, the most suitable board is Service Discussion (Altcoins).
If you are going to post about something fishy, I think the best board is Scam Accusations.

If it's a form of review according to the experience you had with the exchange, then i think the exchanges board is a perfect place as already suggested.
The exchange in question has had lots of users complain about it especially blocking of accounts and KYC.

The complaints in their ANN thread and the negative feedback on their profile does not give any much confidence to anyone who happens to have a problem in their platform

This is a beginner and helps section so the discussion should be in general knowledge, not a specific subject, you can go on a specific subject provided that it will contribute help for the beginners here, the best section is the scam section HITBTC has a lot of scam complaints already so if you are posting issues be sure to do the right format so you can qualify your thread in the scam section.
