Covid19 certainly affects cryptocurrencies, you can see that only cryptocurrencies are performing outstandingly during this pandemic,
when compared to other investments, the pandemic has made people's minds change, and many people are experimenting,
moreover work can only be done at home, maybe this is why bitcoin has become popular in this situation.

This is more than clear, at the start of the pandemic, bitcoin was just $8000, but now bitcoin is over $18000. People even getting to know more about bitcoin becaue it is very good as a means of payment during the pandemic, unlike paper money that can help spread the disease. Bitcoin has been rising since that time till now, all that I know now is that bitcoin flourishes during the pandemic and now getting closer to all time high.

indeed Covid 19 is a topic that is always being raised. I think everyone is aware of the connection between covid 19 and cryptocurrency. although not all of it because of covid 19.
there are still many supporting factors which are the reasons for the quite rapid development in the crypto market.

How has covid-19 then, affected cryptos like Bitcoin?

Actually it was unbelievable that in nCOVID season BTC market will go full pump as year 2017. Its because of indoor situation of people when investing people was searching inline investment as safe in physically. So that they get one and only BTC market for investment. As a result huge investment came and crypto market reform its previous situation and think if 2nd wave continue crypto market will also continue and no doubt here.

Many investors secured their wealth from the global economic recession by buying bitcoin, and many even bought gold. They avoid excessive use of fiat, because it is increasingly fragile in the covid's midst 19 pandemic. People become afraid of contracting infection if they come into contact with paper money. And inflation is becoming a frightening scourge for most entrepreneurs.
During this pandemic, bitcoin showed an excellent performance compared to other investment products that increasingly weakened, due to the covid 19 pandemic.
This commodity is indeed strong during global crises, such as the Covid-19 outbreak. Because what affects prices is only supply and demand.

Does it have an effect on Bitcoin? Maybe yes, maybe no.
If you're following at the price movement of Btc since the outbreak on March, It does had a huge impact on Bitcoin as the people panicked and secured cash in case of long term lockdown. But, as time passed by, people started to realize that Btc is a safe heaven in this current situation when central banks were too busy printing more money as stimulus. Let's also consider the fact that crypto enthusiast were so hyped with the post halving bullish predictions.
So, to make things short, Bitcoin is bound to sky rocket with or without the pandemic. Therefore, Covid-19 has totally no effect at all on crypto or Btc.

when everyone is doing a new normal because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the world economy is declining due to this pandemic I think it has a good effect on crypto bitcoin, why is it like that? because in my opinion people will flock to invest in bitcoin where this investment does not have to be face to face in doing business.

This is the same pattern that we observed in 2017, bitcoin's price is just stable at $1000 price in the month of April.

Right now, we observed that bitcoin's price is only $8000+ when pandemic starts, then right now, bitcoin's price is already approaching into $20,000 and can possibly make another ATH again.

I think this pandemic affected bitcoin's price in a positive way because one of the good thing that happened is that people engaged more in digital than physical as we are staying at home. This quarantine pushed as to spend our time more in technology and gadgets and I think that boosts the popularity of bitcoin around the world.

good and bad effects of course there. But some of the risks when investing in crypto can come at a cost. You must thoroughly research and read the state of the market before making an investment. People are investing in crypto using free money from the government.
Bitcoin has been greatly affected by this pandemic, but I hope this pandemic will be over and disappear soon.

Covid-19 is very influential on cryptocurrencies, for example bitcoin, cryptocurrencies do not have direct human intervention, they transact via blockchain, lots of people are employed at home and looking for income and profit through Crypto

there are 3 phases of effects of COVID-19 on bitcoin.

1. initially since the world economy wasn't hit by the pandemic, there was no panic and price was rising. there were no effects.

2. when the pandemic effects were felt on the economy and traditional assets started to dump, a big FUD campaign started to pull bitcoin price down too. there was a lot of panic and bitcoin price went down for a short time.

3. the pandemic effects on the economy keeps growing and now we have the inflation effects too thanks to all the fiat the governments have been printing. but since the FUD effects ended and panic went away bitcoin went back to normal rises that it had in phase 1 and while the economy is still in a lot of trouble bitcoin keeps rising.

There is a FOMO brewing...

Because of this pandemic, there are tons of businesses that were closed because of bankruptcy and the unsureness of getting back their normal rate of customers. This pandemic takes too long already and eat up so much time for business owners that caused non-operational businesses. Private and public sectors in every country are helping each other by donating money to the government to help the people in need. I think due to this, the economy of each country goes down and investors even small investors are withdrawing their money due to survival.

Bisq Market Day - March 20th 2023

Bitcoin is a decentralized currency which is not control by any government or any sectors in the country. Since we enter pandemic that was causing so many companies to collapse in the country just because of the virus that was spreading all over the country, that was killing people everyday by day, that make the government to impose social distance, wearing of facemask and washing of hands all the time in the country. Many currencies devalue during the pandemic period, that was causing bitcoin a steady pumping in the market.
During the lockdown bitcoin prove to other currencies by maintaining the rising position of a decentralized currency which is not control by any virus in the world.

For me it won't affect the bitcoin either the price as you can see no one can control bitcoin even government because it is decentralize , yet some of country economics is down because of this pandemic which is some of companies , businesses and other's are affected even the tourist spot's, But maybe lot's of owner of bitcoin died from covid well we didn't know but there's a chance that might be. This is the biggest pandemic we had still it wont affect bitcoin.
