I am really hoping Ethereum can break its all time high and reach as high as $1600.  The recent moves has been strong andit is looking like it would continue this way till the 2.0 initial phase goes live in the next few days. There is so much to expect from ethereum so I will be buying more as we get closer to December 1 which is the date phase 0 goes live.

wait it till next year and all time high will  broken. ethereum 2.0 will be main trigger for ethereum movement , and so far investors response was very good and they interested to fill their bag before too late. and current price was good enough to rebuy ethereum.

But Yes this new version of ethereum has been the speak of altcoin community for how many months now so at least they have already settled the date in December 1 and the closer it gets the higher market will become.

Im not sure about that, did you remember the announcement of deposit contract for ethereum 2.0 gives nothing to the ethereum price? The price of ethereum is quite stable right now.
I will not put a lot of hopes to the ethereum 2.0
The deposit contract is not giving a good result as it's less than the threshold.
Honestly, people are overrated with ethereum 2.0 will give a big change to the ethereum especially with its price.

yesterday our friends here in the forum are talking about how ripple pumps . im not updated to that because my eyes are sticking to etherium but when i look at the ripples value it was still under 1 usd .

 sorry too because for me that wasnt really impressive enough but compare to eth which value is now going to 700 us dollars in a short amount of time  but we can say that xrp and eth are now both dominating the altcoin charts  .

First of all, it was XRP not ripple cause ripple was the name of the project system while XRP was the name of the project cryptocurrency
With that been said, you amazed me when you named XRP as the dominant coin in the altcoin market when it has nothing to offer to the crypto community or haven't you noticed that the project only focuses on the provision of services to the centralized and private companies? How is it dominant when the crypto communities don't support it?

When is the 2.0 coming out, it's really going to high. ETH 2.0 contract address already collect the required ETH,  as scheduled on 1st Dec stacking will start. There are lots of update waiting, so we may observe good move shortly.

Wow,,, just managed to check a few hours ago after overnight in Asia that Ethereum just went on to hit $610++ I guess now everybody wants it to hit half of the current ATH at $1400 which means $700 is going to be the target.

Actually, this is very good news, since I was expecting a different result and a very long time to complete the deposit contract, but as it turned out, the account was already full and even the last 25% of the required Ethereum was collected in 4 hours. This is incredible. This now explains why the price climbed 10% on Monday to reach over $ 600.

I thought so too. The deposit contract wasn't expected to be filled early as we have seen. And we will see pumps due to it. The pre-launching of Eth 2.0 has already shown a positive impact on its price.
The post-launching looks interesting and has the potential to break the next level of its price increase. I just wish that everyone is holding intact their Ethereum holdings.

The price of the Ethereum currently resisted at $622 which means that there is a resistance there, the price reacts wherein it will now create a higher low or it considered as swing low. For the swing traders out there make a bid in the new support of the Ethereum at $500, there is a high possibility that the price of the Ethereum will have rejection in that area so consider that area as bounce area where there will be reaction once the ETH manages to go in that area. The current movement of the ETH is actually good but it needs consolidation so expect that the price will move sideways for days or even weeks before it finally breaks the resistance at $622.

That’s the best thing we can do right now, to buy more ETH because we know that the price of ETH will continue to rise and many are waiting for this update. If we’re going to witness another peak of the market, i cant afford to miss this one. Also, ETH will boost the altcoin season stock more good altcoins now.

Obviously it will continue, 2021 will be the year for 2021 and I mean THE year for 2021, it is going to be so great and it is going to have so much increases that people will start selling while whales keep buying because they will think it "can't" go any higher. Which will turn out to be wrong, because it is going to be so much higher and so much more, at the end we are in a situation where ethereum can go over 2000 dollars and still would continue go up.

When you only look at the ETH/BTC pair, something that really matters, ETH is losing value against BTC since the last couple of months. So I wouldn't say that we have seen any real effect of the successfull start of the first step for ETH 2.0 but rather BTC carrying ETH to new heights dollar-wise. With the current price of 0,0305 BTC per ETH, BTC would have to be at 48k USD to reach the old ATH of 2017.
